Nokia :: E72 - Adding New Entry In Calendar?
Feb 20, 2010When I had the Nokia E71, every time I type a word on the Calendar standby screen, a new entry opens & you can continue typing a reminder. On the new Nokia E72, its more difficult to use, you should click "options" then select "new entry" then you can type the information, why shouldn't Nokia E72 be the same as Nokia E71 by typing straight on the standby screen & continue inserting data? Please note that I downloaded Version 023.002 in my Nokia E72. I hope this can be fixed on the new software update soon.

Jan 13, 2010I have one calendar in my Storm2 and one POP3 email account coming to the Storm. I will add another POP3 email and would like a separate calendar for this account. I have done this and see where I can select a different calendar, but all the dates / entries show up on the first calendar. Isn't there a way to associate the new calendar with the new POP3 email account? I hope I ask this correctly. I want two email accounts and two separate calendars for them and they show up on the "select calendar" page, but all the dates/ entries are on the original calendar.

May 5, 2011My husband has a Pearl Flip and I have a Curve 3G we are trying to add calendar appointments on both of our phones using the 'invite attendee' feature. When my husband creates an appointment he just invitee's me and the appointment shows up on my calendar, however, when I invite my husband to a calendar appointment he gets an email with the subject line stating the appointment name but nothing else (no time or date, just the name) and no appointment shows up on his calendar.

Jun 3, 2014I recently traveled overseas and had all my calendar items show on my iPhone as in the new locations time (ie, they moved X hours so wrong, but consistent). So the Appointments stayed in my home time zone, they just showed in the equivalent time period on the iPhone calendar.Â
When I returned home, my Calendar on my MacBook reverted to normal (ie, all appointments went to the correct, original time) but the iOS Calendar has somehow locked into the other time zone that I visited for a week or so. How can I get all the appointments on my iPhone to show correctly without changing or losing any of them.

Apr 16, 2012I wanted to share my Home iCloud calendar on my iPhone with my wife so we could both add our respective events and see when the other person is busy. So far, all well. I logged on to the iCloud web site and shared my calendar with my wife.
She then accepted the shared calendar, but then her own Home calendar was replaced with mine, and she can no longer find hers anywhere. It's not on iCloud when she logs on to the web site, and there is no trace of it on her iPhone. And is there a chance we can get her calendar back? There were a lot of events on her calendar.

Jun 28, 2012Recently a couple of my board members purchased IPhones and IPads. And I have set them up the best I can. If they create a calendar entry on the IPhone or IPad it will show up in Outlook right away. However if they or one of their admins log onto their Outlook calendars and remove a schedule meeting the entry will not delete off the IPhone or IPads. I know there is a 15 minute sync on the devices but I have tested them after hours and days and the entries are still on the calendars on the mobile devices. This creates serious issues when people show up to meetings and destinations that have been cancled days in advanced.

Jan 31, 2010I created two ringtones, not having an issue with that... found a FREE app on the iPhone to download and create a ringtone. I'd created two (2) tones, I want one to be for my wife's number when she calls, and the other to be ID as default when anyone calls, but I can't choose both of the ring tones I created and sync to the iPhone, it only appears as the recent ring tone I sync to the phone.
My specs: 3GS 16GB (NEW since this past Friday 29th of Jan), using Windows Vista and the recent iTunes software for the PC.
Maybe it isn't done?!I when inside "contacts" tried it in there, and to no avail it isn't showing but the recent sync tone I have. I guess the phone had deleted the first and kept the most recent? Can this phone have multiple tones for different (#'s) you have stored on your phone
