When double quick on the home button, I have the symbol for the camera but it does not respond when tapping on it. The camera button has two small bars above and two below, every time I tap on it, the lock screen jumps slightly, but no access. From the lock screen i however have access to my music volume. Mar 15, 2012With the new update, the new slide-camera-button-to-activate-camera feature has a major downfall... you are able to completely bypass entering you password and access all the phone information! After sliding the camera button and getting into the camera, simply pressing the button takes you right into the phone without ever having to enter your password. This is a major problem! Anyone know how to deactivate that camera feature or simply a way to prevent access to my phone?

Sep 2, 2013I restarted my phone and it is on the lock screen with a 4 digit pin to unlock it, the problem is that has switched the default keyboard to the voice keyboard (I think it's called Google Now).
I can't access settings or the app drawer. Restarting it the phone still needs the pin. I have 'said' the pin, 'said' it followed by 'enter' or 'return' but it's not working.
The phone also turned off my ringer for some reason when it restarted ....

I need to access my contacts but I guess when it hit the ground the face buttons got disconnected so I can't do anything at all. I'm due to get my new phone this tuesday and I have a couple hundred contacts, most are important. What should I do? I've tried syncing it and backing it up but that's only for the media card. I can't access the device memory to get into the contacts. I also have like a bajillion texts left unchecked.

I was wondering if there's any way to access search from the lock screen - the Jelly Bean FAQs mention that it's possible to access voice search by "swiping up on the lock screen", but that doesn't seem to work. Is it just not possible with the Razr HDs software, or am I missing something very obvious?
