Why won't Apple allow an app like Covenant Eyes to monitor internet activity on the Safari browser on iOS?

i am using an iphone 4 and its was working fine. presently its giving browsing error. whenever i am trying to browse internet by using safari or any other browser it retruns with an error message "server not responding" even the same thing is happening with Internet also. the worst part is am able to check my mails, able to chat and so on... only thing not able to browse through the browser. i have tried restore option also. this is happening with both wlan and data con.

Yesterday, my Xoom has started to really slow down - on occasion. I will touch a button on the screen and nothing will happen for maybe ten seconds, and then it will do the task. Then after this goes on for a few minutes without it getting better, a window will pop up on the screen saying:

Activity Browser (in application browser) is not responding
Force Close Wait Report
This not only happens when browsing, but also when working in some apps. In that case, the above screen will mention the app, not the browser. At this point, sometimes I can't even turn off the Xoom. If I just let it sit, it will "clear" itself and start working again. For the record, I haven't added any apps in the past week and the AVG virus program says all is well.
Is it possible to monitor iphone internet usage through our home network or enable screenshots reports?

I just bought the Xperia Z3 plus and tried connecting to my home wifi, what's happening is that it connects but with the exclamation mark next to the wifi icon and no internet activity. However, when I move about 2 rooms away the exclamation mark disappears, my wifi signal drops abit but I get activity. I had the Xperia ZR before this one and the was no connectivity issues...

I recently unlocked my 8520 from t-mobile to at&t, i have the data plan with both providers. After i started using the 8520 on the at&t network i noticed that i cannot change my setting from hotspot browser to internet browser anymore which in turn i cannot use the data service with at&t that i am paying for. i'm running an unlocked Storm 9550 on t-mobile. Since I updated to the 1656 bundle I've completely lost my internet browser, email, or any other data use. Literally all this phone can do now is text and ring. I tried reverting to the last bundle which didnt help (updated again to the new bundle now), have tried registering in the host routing table, every time it sends the message but still no entries. have tried countless reboots, deleted the Wi-Fi things in the service book and still no good. The browser only gives the option of hotspot browser. Does anyone have any sort of solution for this? Seeing as I'm paying for internet and emails I should be able to use them.

They had me change my Internet Browser on my BlackBerry Curve 8330 to WAP so I could get the ringtone. They told me how to swtich it back to Internet Browser, but it won't switch back, it's locked on WAP! I do have a subscription for Internet Browsing on my BlackBerry, can't seem to figure out the problem.
