I have notifications turned on and I have about 6 apps turned on too but I get nothing. Am I missing something here? Is it that the apps need to be updated or is it because I did a restore from my 3GS iPhone?

My iPhone 4s will vibrate on all incoming calls and on notifications, however, there will be no ringtone or sound on notifications.

On my old unlocked (T-Mobile) iPhone, Push notifications worked, but after upgrading to an iPhone 3G, I don't receive Push notifications.
Is this a known issue and is there a fix?
I keep getting bogus notifications on my iPhone.At first it was with IM+ (the app for messenger, skype, etc.) that kept notifying me of incoming messages from people I don't know (mostly in languages I don't understand) and, obviously, when I ran IM+ I didn't see those messages (since they didn't really go to my accounts). Then, I installed the new Facebook app and set it to notify my of new messages in my inbox and that too started notifying me about comments, wall writings, friend requests, etc. that people I don't know "made on my facebook page", and again, when I ran the app (or went to the page on my PC) none of that was actually there - no comments, not friends requests, etc.

Sometimes my push notifications and text messages will be delayed by a few minutes. I'm on the blackrain jb.

I noticed that the push notifications weren't working after I downloaded the app 'Draw Something'. Not blaming the app at all, btw. My wife gets notified when it's her turn and I don't. My wife also has a 4S and we have notifications set the same. So I upgraded to 5.1 last night and still no push notifications. I set espn and tvguide to give me a lot of notifications and have not got anything. I downloaded ipusher app and it's not working either. I'll assume the app is working and my phone isn't.

So when my phone is asleep and I get a message, once I turn my phone on to view that text, before I go into the message my phone alerts me a second time that I got a message. It also does this with my kik messages. And if I had gotten a bunch of messages while my phone was asleep, then when I turn it on I get spammed with second alerts. I've rebooted my phone, and my alert repeats are set to never. But I'm still having this problem. It's been this way since the day I got it and never really paid attention to it because I didn't know anything about iPhones since my previous phone was an android. I have the iPhone 5s, brand new, and I've never had any problems with it until now. Well, even now I still don't think this is a problem. It doesn't freeze or anything like that, I just can't seem to make it so it won't give me second notifications. I wasn't concerned about this until a little bit ago when I was telling my friend how annoying this can be and he said his phone does not do that. I don't know if it doesn't do that because he has the 5c and I have the 5s or what. Is this something I should be concerned about? Other than this little thing I have fallen in love with my phone. It never gives me problems and is amazing. I just want to make sure that this is not a problem. And if it is, how can I fix it?

I just got a new iPhone and restored it with an iCloud backup off my old phone but have not been getting any app notifications other than an iMessage, even though the settings are exactly the same. I'm getting notifcations off my old iPhone and iPad, but not on my new iPhone. I haven't called AT&T to deactivate my number and move to the new iPhone but I don't think it makes a difference since they're both on Wifi.

I double checked all the settings - the alerts are set in the notification center, but the phone app does not behave according to my settings. I only see a badge when someone calls, no the alert in the Notification Center.

I've reselected the teams in the MLB app, but I've gotta wait until 7 tonight to see if it did the trick.
