When I tried to restart the phone, I noticed that the screen was really dark and that I was able to see the Motorola logo when I looked at it at a certain angle. I tried looking through the forums and tried doing a factory reset but I'm unable to do so because once I get past the pressing the camera and power button step, I'm unable to see anything on the screen and it seems as if the touch screen isn't working either.
