when i have the iphone charging, sometimes i get a problem when i am thumbing through a app, scrolling, or whatever its called, the screen like jumps and scrolls real quick to the top or the bottom of whatever i am viewing.is this common to do when charging?
View 15 RepliesI've had my Nokia x6 for a while now and lately it's really starting to act up. Every now and then it just reboots itself. The menu (that appears when you press the on/off button) pops up real quick and automatically chooses the "turn off"-option. This happens more than 10 times a day. But it won't shut down if the lock button is activated, the display just lights up (which is REALLY annoying too). I've tried to do a soft reset and a hard reset (although the hard reset didn't delete my songs) and the problem persists! Should I try to format the the discs (or whatever they're called) or is this undoubtedly a problem that needs to be solved by my local Nokia Care Center?
View 6 Replies View RelatedA while back, when texting, the T would not press at all. It cleared up after a few months. Now, several keys will not type or will register another letter. Also, in Twitter or several apps, the button pressed will not connect, but instead another button. It will also move without being pressed as in switching from month view to day view in the calendar completely on its own. The screen will also shake up and down and I lose track of what I am reading. It is very, very aggravating. Has anyone been able to correct this on their iPhone. I have turn it completely off and back on, let it think about itself, etc.

I have two friends who recently updated their BBMs on their 8520s to the latest version from App world. Whenever they try to read a message they get a short pause then their screens jump. ThOne has tried to downgrade to the previous version but when this was done the send file option disappeared.

Joshua Topolsky was asking if the new screen would allow more things to be seen compared to previous iPhones (think of a list higher resolution should allow you to see more in a given area). The other people seemed to think that it wasn't true.

While starting the boot logo was also corrupted and I use to get is display with random pixels lit with different colors, mostly white and red. So have tried different bootloaders and even downgrading to 4.4.4 but the issue is still there.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an LG G4 and have been enjoying Quick Charging using multiple Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 chargers I bought since I got it. Have noticed recently though that it doesn't charge as fast as it used to. Though the G4 doesn't really post a notification on screen that it is fast charging, usually by an hour our charging I'm at full capacity and ready to take it to work (don't charge overnight, just charge an hour after I wake up then by the time I leave, i'm good to go).
Now after an hour, it's still below 40% charging! I'm now wondering if it has something to do with my new smartwatch which I paired to my G4. Bought a gorgeous Huawei Watch last week and it's paired to my G4. I'm thinking if it being paired--meaning it constantly getting information from the watch even when charging--is causing the phone to constantly wake up and stop fast charging?
I just tested this theory a few minutes ago. Turned off bluetooth in my G4 and it seems fast charging went back coz phone charging ended faster. Do Smartwatch paired phones keep the phone from Quick Charging?
Roller ball rolls fine but nothing scrolls on screen. It is stuck highlighting the email icon and won't go anywhere else. The ball rolls smooth, it doesn't feel like anything is stuck. I've pulled the battery and cleaned the track ball - still nothing. It's like there is no connectivity.

I was expecting poor battery life but on two occasions it went from fully charged to brick dead overnight (6-7 hours). Most apps, bluetooth and GPS off. I haven't experienced such quick drain during the day when I'm using it. I have also noticed an excessive amount of heat while charging.

I can't find it anywhere! Also, when a text does come, the actual message quickly scrolls across the black bar at the top of the home screen..can I remove this? The screen on this phone could be much wider and offer a better experience if they did not do this with the screen as much. I do not understand why they do it this way. Maybe because of formatting reasons or something, but looks tacky.Just my 2 cents, any one have any opinions on why they do this?

When double quick on the home button, I have the symbol for the camera but it does not respond when tapping on it. The camera button has two small bars above and two below, every time I tap on it, the lock screen jumps slightly, but no access. From the lock screen i however have access to my music volume. Is the camera access locked?

That way, i don't have to click on the contacts icon and start finding a name.I just took out the battery of my phone & put it in a couple minutes later because of some other issues, & now i can no longer do that anymore! I press buttons when i'm on the home screen and nothing happens; there isn't the convenient shortcut to finding/narrowing down a contact anymore.

Don't know if it's a coincidence or not but ever since I downloaded LiveProfile my battery cuts out a lot. The battery doesn't even let me get to the orange or the red and the screen just goes bright white and all the keys light up. I cannot get rid of the white screen unless I remove the battery however when I put the battery back in the screen just goes white again unless I put it on charge.
Now my battery only lasts me about 45 minutes! What I don't understand is why it doens't even go to orange or red and why the screen goes white?
I took it to a shop and the man in there seems to think that I must have something running in the background wearing the battery down but I've deleted all my apps except Google Maps and facebook and it's still happening
This started for me recently.... When I am in an app and hit the home circle button, I get a quick flash of "loading" when it switches to the home screen. This might be similar to when the icons would flash or re-populate on my G3.

There's apparently a new feature which allows you to access things like the flash light, wifi etc from the lock screen (Screen shot below). But I'm swiping down on the lock screen and nothings happening. Is this something that needs turning on in settings somewhere? I've been hunting round on the net and whiles there's plenty of articles covering the new feature, theres nothing on how to enable it.....if it needs enabling.

Here lately the quick setting toggle panel will randomly appear on my lock screen.(drop down settings in notification panel) The only way to get it to disappear is to hit the power button , then reactivate the lock screen again.

However, I have noticed that there are times when I move from the default screen to the Quick Settings screen on the left, that there is significant lag. Once you move over, sliding back and forth is smoother. But that initial lag seems like a problem; I have a friend with a Droid Razr M that does not have this problem (he is on official Jelly Bean, think this makes a difference?) Does anyone else see this lag?

I downloaded all the necessary software to do the fix, but when i open up Device Manager, i only get an icon on the quicklaunch bar on the bottom right side of the screen, once i open it, all it shows me is "Properties" and it doesnt open the actual Device Manager.

When I click on the touch screen to make a call and want to quickly find a name in the contacts I have to type in the name onle letter (and a few presses) at a time or open the keyboard. I can't select the 'quick text' option.
