IPhone :: Reserved IP4 Pick Up At BB / Want To Switch To Premier

I just realized I'm eligible to switch to Premier. However, I reserved an iPhone 4 at launch day and would love to pick it up at BB, especially since I already put $50 into a BB gift card I'm unlikely to use for anything else. In order to get the iPhone 4 and Premier I see two options:
1.On the Premier site's phone selection I will select a phone which requires no contract (my previous contract with AT&T expired long ago so I'm currently month-to-month with them) so at least my account is already switched to Premier by launch day.
2.Keep my existing plan for now and (somehow) switch to Premier after I pickup the new phone on launch day.

I mean I keep hearing you end up waiting in line in the reserve line and the advantage is the line goes faster.But, I may be in a situation that I can only pick up the phone much later in the day (I mean after 7 PM) depending on my work schedule.Does this mean they'll actually hold it all day or am I going to be SOL (I think I heard one launch they did end up running out of iphones for the reserved people and late comers had to wait). And please tell me if I'm SOL that it probably won't be a 3-4 week to get one in. Basically the biggest thing for me is I want one before July 21rst which is when I go on vacation (I want to have its camera and video capability by then).

I thought maybe last year i got lucky and they didn't add the tax on the 3GS, i only got charged 199, the tax never ended up being on my bill. I would have noticed because i am a lucky resident of California, and the tax would have been $68.25, since tax here is 9.75%. I ordered the iPhone 4 early Tuesday morning through the Premier Store, and no charges showed up until today, but it is for the same amount $199. BTW, this is an Individual FAN account for USPS.

How are the waits in your area for reserved iPhones?I just got back from my local Apple Store, and the line was over 4 hours long. Of course, I wasn't going to wait that long for a phone. Unfortunately, my failure to stand by for those hours means I won't be getting one for some time now.

I reserved a 16GB iPhone 4 today but when I got the conformation email it says it costs $599.00. I'm eligible for the upgrade price of $199.00 and I want to see if this has happened with anyone else's reservation email?

So I was able to get through and place an order. I was originally going to have my phone shipped to my college apartment as I live an hour from my parents' home, but then I read that apple will only ship to the billing address (my parents' house) so I opted to have it reserved at the apple store closer to my apartment. I then read that I have to be an authorized/primary user on the att account in order to pick up my reserved phone and I didn't want to hassle with all that. I went through the order process a second time and just decided to have it shipped to my parents' house and just make the drive next week. My question is, do I have to cancel the reserved phone I ordered the first time or will the apple store simply give it to someone else when I don't show up?

I reseved my iPhone over 24hrs ago and no confirmation email.Is there any way to look it up to see if my reservation went through.When I did it, it gave me the same information as everyone else who placed and told me what to bring, but no confirmation email.

I did the backdoor move and reserved my iphone 4 through the apple store app, got the confirmation email and it told me that it will hold my phone until the end of launch day.but...I remember previous launches that despite the reservation the phones are moved on a first come - first serve basis which to me is pointless to even have reservations if thats the case. So what's the verdict.am i really guaranteed an iphone this time or should i plan to make a trip early to the store?

I haven't seen this particular scenario discussed, so I finally decided I would ask.I of course dealt with the fiasco that was June 15. I eventually was given the ability to make a reservation, and although I wanted it shipped, I figured that was better than nothing. A few hours later I was able to get an order successfully placed. Both of these were put on the same number and same apple ID.
The original plan was to give the 3G to my wife (although she was available for upgrade), but we have since decided that it makes more sense to get a new 4 for her and sell the 3G (which is why I have not cancelled the reserve). There are 2 tricky parts to that - the apple ID it is reserved for and the number are mine (will activating the i4 that arrives tomorrow affect this) and I am the 2nd line (authorized retail user) on the family plan under her name (different last names). Is there any chance that I would be able to pick up the iphone from Apple on the 24th, or will she have to be present as well? I could go at any time, but she would not be able to get there before about 7pm.

ive reserved a full price unlocked iPhone in regent street in Londnn for pickup 24 june.
got my reservation mail from apple.now my question: will they sell to foreigners(i'm from Belgium and it's only 2 hours with the eurostar)ive read on forums because it's an unlocked full price iphone you don't have to show a UK ID or have to prove you live in the UK etc. to buy it.

I reserved a 16gb black Iphone 4 online last week for pick up today at the Garden State Plaza Apple store.. I showed up around 9pm because I was working all day.. The "genius" at the door tells me they only have 32gb phones left. If I wanted a 16gb I would have to come back later and they MIGHT be able to hold a 16gb phone for me when it comes in and they don't know when that might be. This is ridiculous, the closest apple store to me is an hour drive away and I work crazy hours.. If I order a phone online I won't get it till mid-July.
The manager at the store basically told me tough luck and if I wanted a 32gb he would give me one after waiting in the huge line that the people who did not reserve a phone were waiting in. Any one have any other ideas of how to further go about this? It is almost like a bait and switch to the 32gb..

3gs does not respond to on-off switch, ring/silent switch or volume buttons. It will not turn off.
I let the phone deplete its battery which didn't take very long but the problem persists.

I have an iPhone 4s (Verizon). I had recently purchased what was described as an OEM screen plus LCD after I had cracked my factory screen. After replacing the screen and LCD such features as the side volume controls, vibrate switch, and proximity switch (dimming after accepting a call) have stopped working. I double checked to see that all of the connectors were pushed on correctly and they were. Is it possible this may not be an OEM screen and causing the problem or is there a piece of the hardware that I may have damaged that controls all of these functions (i.e. motherboard)?

I have Lumia 800 and it shows very little free space and a big chunk as reserved space.now i dont know what is that and how can i claim it. It is more then 10GB though i have only a couple of small games (i hardly play games on mobile), i dont have any movie on mobile and overall the content i have put on lumia 800 should not have crossed 2GB at max. have onyl a dozen of photos from camera. the big chunk of my content is music and thats all.

there Apple Communitie.I have an iPhone 4S and i can't pick up a 3G signal, only edge,i've tried restoring the phone to factory settings, resetting network settings but i can't get any internet better than Edge. and it's not a carrier fault to,i've been on the phone to them asking if my area wasn't in 3g range, when it is.it also might be helpful to note when i make a phone call i loose Edge completly till the phone is hang upI'm with Vodaphone

I got a iPhone 4s, it worked for a couple of months properly with no problems, its an unlocked iPhone but is coming up with SOS only, I've had this problem for a while now, when the problem first started accruing I removed the sim for 3-4 days and re inserted it and it worked fine again, 3G and everything, but then after 5 days it went back to SOS only, if you turn the phone off and take the sim out and turn it back on and re insert it, it works for a couple of hours, you can send texts and all, but then 3G doesn't work at all, its not picking it up

relatively new iPhone 4S suddenly won't pick up incomming calls, even though the phone rings and the picture of the calling party shows up on the display. This happened after making some adjustments to Safari and trying to get google to come up more quickly as the search engine.
