View 1 Replies View Relatedwhich codec is used for Bluetooth A2DP streaming in iOS5 on the iPhone 4s or iPad 3? Is it reencoded with SBC or do these devices support MP3/AAC direct streaming without loosing quality? With the help of Google I couldn't get an answer respectively it looks like there is only SBC supported.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've seen hundreds of topics about this, but they're all very old and possibly irrelevent given the state of the android platform. My G1 is running Cyanogenmod 5.0.8 with firerat's AnySPL patch. I bought a bluetooth headset(Wireless Blue) hoping to listen to music and play videogames with it, but then I tried it and it wouldn't give the desired results. After a little research, I found out about A2DP. I'm aware that this mono bluetooth headset does not support A2DP. Is there any way to get audio output to my bluetooth headset without A2DP?
View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is my first post on this site, so I hope I have put my request in the right location. My company has supplied myself a Blackberry Bold 9000, and naturally I use it for a lot of non-work stuff!
When listening to music, I'm finding that the volume increases whenever you go to the next track. This is very annoying, as I am forever getting blasted with noise, and having to decrease the volume on the phone.
Just got my C3-01 last week and I love it. However, when I pair with my Parrot MK6000 car-kit, the audio quality is of low quality. I can hear music/phone calls just fine, but the quality is something akin to a 64kbps mp3 as opposed to a 192kbps mp3.My E71, N900, and E73 all work beautifully with the carkit, but I understand that my carkit is Bluetooth v1.2 as opposed to v2.1 supported by the C3-01. vouch for the C3-01 supporting the Bluetooth A2DP profile and getting high quality stereo sound from it? If not, perhaps this a bug in the new S40 Touch and Type Bluetooth stack.
View 10 Replies View RelatedThe a2dp stopped working on my S6. (G920F 5.1.1 unrooted) I can pair with devices (Speakers, etc) but if I go to their individual settings, the "Media Audio" is disabled. I can still connect to my car stereo and use the phone (the car stereo doesn't support a2dp).
I have done a factory reset 3 times, and the a2dp starts working again every time but after a while it stops. I have been careful in trying to identify what app triggers the a2dp to stop working but it doesn't seem to be related to installed apps.
I am paired to another A2DP bluetooth device. I start the Music player and starts playing music, but no music is streamed. How do I enable A2DP streaming ?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid with Micorsoft Sync. I had a Droid X and upgraded to the Bionic. When getting in the car, the DX always auto-connected to the phone (headset) profile and also to the A2DP profile, although sometimes the Sync screen displayed a "Connection failed" message before it always actually did connect. Previously my BB Storm 2 had no problems connecting.
When I turn the car on, the Bionic connects fine to the headset profile but fails to auto-connect to the A2DP profile. I get the same "Connection failed" message as with the DX but it doesn't subsequently connect and I have to connect it manually. This is very troubling to me as I almost exclusively use A2DP for listening to music and podcasts in my car.[url]...
Does the EVO have the Bluetooth Profile that allows you to control music tracks from your headset? I do not remember what the profile is called specifically.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have just started to have this problem after using sync for about a year (so I know what I am doing). However, when syncing music from windows media player to my 6303i it shuffles the tracks, they all come down but not in the right order.I know that you can shuffle music to the phone using the 'shuffle music to my phone' button on the sync tab, but I have not done this!I drag and drop loads of albums to the sync pane on the right and click 'start sync', they all transfer over without errors. When I open the album on my phone the tracks are not in the correct order. Is this a phone problem or WMP?I have checked all the options in WMP and there is not shuffle sync option that I can see.
View 3 Replies View RelatedPreviously I had some other SE phones: K750, W300, W910. All of them had the Bluetooth Remote feature, with which I controlled Winamp on my PC. It was all fine. I like to change of phone, so now I got a W205, but I was very disappointed when I saw that there were no Bluetooth Remote .
So I have few questions:
- Why there isn't this feature, considering it is almost the same screen and software than my previous W300?
- Will I have this feature if I update my phone's software with the newest version?
- Is there any other solution available, such as a Java sofware maybe? I have heard of MobileWitch Bluetooth Remote Control, but I can't get it to work at all.
I really want to control my Winamp with my W205.
DOes anyone know if the iphone 4 supports A2DP? My car system supports it and it would be nice to have it on the phone so that Navigon can speak out the commands on my radio if I am listening to music!

I have Sennheiser MM400 Bluetooth headphones and a Bose SoundLink Bluetooth mobile speaker. Both of these worked well with my iPhone 4 (before 5.1.1) with good range and only the occasional dropout when the phone was moved. However since 5.1.1, there has been a massive reduction in the stability of A2DP audio streaming. With the SoudLink the range has reduced massively to a few feet (6 max) with line of sight and the audio drops out if anyone passes between the phone and the speaker. With the MM400 Headphones the situation is even worse. Even with the phone in my breast pocket and only few inches from the headphones, the audio drops out every few seconds. Just placing my arm between the iphone and the headphone causes the audio to drop out completely. As I said before, this did not happen before 5.1.1 and as this problem effects both the Bose and the Sennheisers, it must be something that Apple changed in the latest update. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Until Apple fix this, the AD2P audio streaming feature is useless. Making my AD2P devices so much useless and expensive junk.

View 20 Replies View RelatedN8 does not support changing a Bluetooth headset's volume via the phone's hardware controls and software buttons: There's no changes in volume until you reach the mute position. All volume control has to be done via the headset's hardware controls. Quite nagging if you e.g. like to decrease the volume of navigation instructions while driving with your headset on: Navigation voice hammers to your ears.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWith my N95 and N97, as soon as I turn on my car (equipped with Nokia CK-100), I automatically get connected to BT HFP and A2DP profiles. The car kit will tell me, "Phone connected." A second later, "Player connected." With the N8, the car kit will only connect to just the phone automatically. For the player to connect while the car is on, I have to open up the music player and play a song, which will then force N8 to make the A2DP connection. So when that happens, you hear a 1.5 second message saying, "Player connected" followed by music that is already 2 to 3 seconds into the song. I thought it was perhaps the Car Kit getting full with the list of paired devices (memory is for 8 pairings), but clearing the list doesn't help. I thought it was the Car Kit firmware, so I upgraded it to 4.401, no luck. Then when I paired my old N97 and N95, both HFP and A2DP connections were made automatically when I boot up my car as expected! But not the N8.

I purchased an album in the iTunes Store app on my iPhone 6. When I go to the album in the iTunes Store app, it says "Purchased" at the top, and all 29 songs have a "Play" button, and I can indeed play them from there.Â
In the Music App, the album shows up, and it says there are 29 tracks. But when I tap on the album to get the track list, I see only one track. "Show All Music" in the Settings app is turned on.Â
How do I get the other 28 tracks to show up in the Music app?Â

I was just listening to my itunes on my iphone 3GS. then all of a sudden there was no sound even though the track kept playing. I tried other tracks and playlists-no sound. I tried other apps, no sound. I adjusted the volume in general settings-no sound. I turned it off/on again-no sound. It didn't drop. I didn't even move. Volume is all the way up.
