Jan 6, 2012My blackberry 8520 has been working for a long time now and I have downloaded an app called kik. Ever since I downloaded it my phone is not working. My signal is still coming through but I cannot receive anything. I press any button and still nothing works, it just comes up with the front page! I've been told to do a reset without taking my battery out and I've tried doing that and taking the battery out and nothing has happened. I've even tried looking for a reset button as I've been told there is one but I cannot even find that!

Nokia Music :: Error 0x800704C7 While Downloading From Ovi Music?
Jul 6, 2011When downloading music from the Ovi Music website using N8 (which came with unlimited music), the downloader makes the download, but gives error code 0x800704C7 at the end. Artist & album name folders get created on the device, but no songs are found therein. I tried again after cleanin web browser, deleting the blank folders from N8 etc, but doesn't help. Re-installing cable drivers & Ovi suite (& all other Nokia-ware on PC) also didn't help. (I rebooted before reinstalling & thereafter).The error persists in any connection type- Ovi suite, media transfer etc.

May 3, 2012I plugged my iPhone into my laptop to do a simple update of my playlist, but a message flagged up saying I had to retore and download the new iOS 5.1 update before carrying on (I know i've left the update late, just havent had the time!) My phone was restarted and all my contacts revived but whenever I try and download all my new and old music, it just wont let me? I've tried everything, using a different lead, using a different USB port, turned my phone on and off but nothing is happening. The iTunes screen says the music has been downloaded but my phone has nothing on. Also, only 385 of my 1000 photos have been restored, how do I get the rest on? I really really dont want to lose them!

Jan 20, 2011Ok seems that the entire ovi music store is borderline useless..well make that useless. The songs downloaded over the air sounds like worse than AM radio.
I cannot download a single song from the pc application, the downloads resets every time. I am yet to downaload a single song from there. Emails to the support desk has not been replied back.
Anyone facing the same problem? Now I know why the reviewers were so kind to N8..shucks for a few benjamins more I could have got the desire hd

Jun 28, 2014I've had the iPhone 5s for a few months now and everything worked fine. until about a month ago the phone stated freezing, and there seems to be a fault with the volume button. for some reason it sticks and the volume seems to go all the way up or down, without me pressing the button. and the only way to stop this is by turning off the phone. Â
also the phone seems to just freeze randomly for periods of time, especially when I am browsing the internet. if the phone is plugged into the charger it gets extremely hot and unbearable to hold. anyway....for some reason today the finger print just stopped working, i use it to unlock my phone and for my appstore. i went to unlock the phone and nothing happened at all, it just said "slide to unlock". at the same time the phone froze, this time for 20mins. i had to press the lock switch and the home button together to turn off the phone, nothing was working.Â
when the phone finally restarted, i went to investigate why the fingerprint wasn't working, and it just keeps saying "sorry, the operation was not successful. please go back and try again" but it wouldn't let me try in the first place. it just dosent work. why is this?

I dug around in my phone files and found my Taylor Swift songs in a folder. Here is the path: SD card> android> data> com.amazon.mp3> files> music> private> taylor swift>speak now
But they are .m4a files and cant be played on my music app. I don't want to have to download a new music player app, i just want everything back how it used to be.

After I installed bluesoleil in my pc, there is a new connection icon on the tray (like the icon with 2 small monitors, only that this one has a re X on it.Everything is working perfect...but I don't know if this new Icon with the red X means that something else may be wrong (I can't find anything wrong until this moment, except that, when windows start, an small and never seen before window opens, asking for a password. Then I hit ok without entering a password and then windows load normally.When I place the mouse cursor over the new icon on the tray, it reads "a network cable is unplugged".If I open this icon, a window with 3 different connections opens, showing this new "connection" as:
