Nov 20, 2015I regularly buy and download music from the Amazon Music App. For the past few weeks after I purchase a song and download it to my device it is no where to be found. I dug around in my phone files and found my Taylor Swift songs in a folder. Here is the path: SD card> android> data> com.amazon.mp3> files> music> private> taylor swift>speak now
But they are .m4a files and cant be played on my music app. I don't want to have to download a new music player app, i just want everything back how it used to be.

Jul 6, 2011When downloading music from the Ovi Music website using N8 (which came with unlimited music), the downloader makes the download, but gives error code 0x800704C7 at the end. Artist & album name folders get created on the device, but no songs are found therein. I tried again after cleanin web browser, deleting the blank folders from N8 etc, but doesn't help. Re-installing cable drivers & Ovi suite (& all other Nokia-ware on PC) also didn't help. (I rebooted before reinstalling & thereafter).The error persists in any connection type- Ovi suite, media transfer etc.

Jan 20, 2011Ok seems that the entire ovi music store is borderline useless..well make that useless. The songs downloaded over the air sounds like worse than AM radio.
I cannot download a single song from the pc application, the downloads resets every time. I am yet to downaload a single song from there. Emails to the support desk has not been replied back.
Anyone facing the same problem? Now I know why the reviewers were so kind to N8..shucks for a few benjamins more I could have got the desire hd

I am trying to download that music from my Blackberry to my PC (Windows XP, I have Blackberry Sync downloaded and Media Player 11). When I plug my phone into my PC, all of my songs disappear on the Music screen. So they are not there to sync. It says, To see files, disconnect from the PC.

May 3, 2012I plugged my iPhone into my laptop to do a simple update of my playlist, but a message flagged up saying I had to retore and download the new iOS 5.1 update before carrying on (I know i've left the update late, just havent had the time!) Also, does anyone have an opinion as where is the best place for cloud storage for music. Although I like to buy from Amazon, I am not too impressed with their cloud. I cannot edit file names for instance.

May 17, 2015As the title says it; I'm having problems downloading any theme from the app store. Any theme I choose and hit "Download" on it just brings up a window for 1/2 a second that I believe says "Downloading" but never actually does anything. Another weird thing, the other 2 themes that are kind of defaulted for options that you can download both work. I'm not sure if this is a silly question, however I can't seem to figure it out as no one else seems to have this issue.
Random pieces of information:
1. Yes, my phone is rooted, however this issue was still around before I did so.
2. I have the AT&T variant Galaxy S6.
3. I've checked to see if there's any apparent apps I disabled that may cause it but the only app that seems like it may be related is "Theme Store", and that of course isn't disabled.

Oct 27, 2015When downloading an image either through my browser (Chrome) or an app, I click the notification which says "image has been downloaded". Every single time I do this, I get asked which app to use (I also have Google Photos installed and a File Manager). Despite selecting "Always" use this app, I always get asked.
Plus, when I select the stock Gallery app, the image comes up but I cannot share it from there, but at top right is a drop-down menu where I can set it as my Wallpaper. I have to go back to my Home screen, click Gallery, back out of the image to the main Gallery page, locate the image in the relevant folder (i.e. Downloads), open it, and then I get the full array of options at the bottom (Favorite, Share, Edit, Delete).
