Dec 2, 2014I was syncing my iPhone 5S to iTunes on my laptop when I noticed that suddenly two important icons were missing from my iPhone's Home Page: the App Store icon as well as the iTunes Store icon. I need them back but don't know what to do. I've tried powering down my phone for two minutes then turning back on, no luck. How to get these icons back. When I click on a link that is supposed to take me to either place, nothing happens.

IPhone :: App Store Account Hijacked / Payment Sent To ITunes Store In My Name
Jul 13, 2010So I come home today to see four emails from PayPal from the four payments that have been made using my App Store account, totaling $449.95. I call Apple immediately and after being on hold for nearly 50 minutes with them trying to figure this out, I'm told my App Store account is going to be closed and that they cannot reverse the charges, so I need to file a dispute with my bank (or in my case, PayPal).
I called PayPal and they did not sound very confident in me getting my money back and said Apple should be the one reversing the charges. They guided me through filing a dispute on the charges and said that is the best they can do.
Am I screwed out of my money? Here is a screenshot of what the charges were made for (there is another $49.99 charge that is not showing up here, but appears in my PayPal account history):
I never downloaded or purchased "Zynga Live Poker", nor did I buy any of the credits for the game.

Dec 2, 2014on my iPhone 6 and iOS 8.1.1 since 01DEC2014 I see the followi problem:
When updating my apps in the App Store I no longer see the app's icon and all related fotos within the updated app.
The app is updated and works fine.
All apps updated before 01DEC2014 are displayed properly in the App Store.
On my iPad running on iOS 8.1.1 everything is fine, too.

Apr 17, 2012I followed the unlocked instruction from AT&T to restore my 3GS iPhone from factory settings. After completing restoring, follow the steps to set up the phone and stuck at activation screen. I inserted AT&T SIM card and connected to iTune but still failed to activate with following error message on iTune: "There is no SIM card installed in the iphone you are attempting to activate. Please disconnect and insert a SIM card in the iPhone." I have retry several times (including disconnect and reinsert the sim) but no luck.

Phone, Chrome, Contacts and apps. I can get to everything from the app drawer, should be a simple matter to repopulate my home page. I've restarted my phone several times. I've both just restarted, and shut down, then restarted. All of my history seems to still be in the apps, I.e my email accts are signed in, my s-health history is there. The 3 accounts are a BlackBerry, Hotmail and a company account (Outlook) with Microsoft Exchange I was able to get the BlackBerry and the Hotmail account to work again by entering the passwords but not the Outlook account, the error message is: [URL] password is invalid. Please try again Last night I was able to get my Outlook email account to work again however I lost it again this morning with same error message, p.s. also lost the other 2 accounts this morning but got them going again easily.

Mar 11, 2012So about 20 minutes ago I connected my iPhone to my computer and iTunes prompted me to update it. I accepted, but as it was applying the updates some type of error popped up. Long story short, it failed to update and now when I turn on my phone it's frozen with the screen showing the USB cord & iTunes icons. I've tried:
-Shutting it down by holding the sleep/power button
-Shutting it down by holding the Home + sleep/power button
-All of my USB ports on my computer
-Reinstalling iTunes
As soon as I turn it on, it briefly shows the Apple icon then it goes back to the same screen with the iTunes/USB icons. When I connect it to my computer it makes the connection sound but it won't register on iTunes.
