Mar 15, 2010I live in a poor reception area on the Rogers network. I've noticed that when I go into the basement the phone drops a signal pretty quickly. I am okay with this and is expected. My issue is when I get back on to the main floor, the phone does not pick up a signal again for a long time. Sometimes even toggling airplane mode doesn't work. My wife's iPhone does the same thing.
Anybody else having this problem?

Jun 12, 2012I bought a factory unlocked IPhone 4s (Model MD234LL and Serial DNPGYCCWDT9Y) from US and after the software upgrade 5.1.1 (9B206) I find that the device looses signal strength and does not connect to Internet 3G or on other occasions Internet connections drops. Sometimes I have "No service" that also comes up. Even making phone calls is difficult and during calls the conversation is dropped and i have to call back sometimes. I also use a BlackBerry and have a connection from same service provider but my BlackBerry shows better Internet browsing capabilities than the iPhone. When the iPhone shows no service my BlackBerry has signal strength.

IPhone 5 :: Keep Dropping Signal And Showing No Bars
Aug 21, 2014iPhone keeps going from 3G to Edge and then showing no bars. And after I turn off cellular data and put it back on to get back 3G it loses all bars completely and goes to "searching.." and then finally "no network"Â and then I have to manual search for my network. Whole problem starts happening all over after connecting again.

Apr 9, 2011I have been using my Bold 9780 for the past 18 months without any problem. But recently it stopped connecting to the mobile network, and shows only the SOS signal. It does connect to the wifi, and all other functions seem to be working okay. I tried with different SIM cards with different providers with the same result. These SIM cards are working fine with other handsets.

Feb 3, 2016I'm having some really annoying issue with my phone, when I select the Network Mode to GSM/WCDMA (auto connect) it is working perfectly fine but as soon as I change to LTE/GSM/WCDMA (auto connect) I lost 75% of my signal.
Of course without activating LTE I cannot access the 4G Network which is a bit annoying.

Jun 5, 2014I've been using my iphone's data to connect to the internet on my pc and my ipad for ages. The last few weeks, it kept dropping out and I had to turn personal hotspot off and on again to reconnect. Yesterday however, a new problem arose. I turn the hotspot on and both my pc and my ipad are not even showing my iphone as an option to use as a wireless internet connection. I have reset netowrk settings'' but the problem persists.
