IPhone :: Update Killed The Keyboard Function?
May 23, 2012I bought an iphone 14 months ago. Sunday I did the required update and it killed the keyboard function entirely. Isn't it lovely that Apple cannot fix or replace the unit that their own software destroyed at no cost to me ($200 plus tax to get a replacement). I have two more years to pay on my contract and I don't understand how a company this large can leave their customers (ME!) high and dry like this. I could understand had I damaged the phone by being careless or if the product was something cheap, but I took care of this expensive product and Apple should be accountable when their upgrades destroy a persons property.

Feb 15, 2012I received a message from Blackberry this morning about updating my 9630. I clicked on the link to update and got a message saying "Synchronizing BlackBerry Tour 9630. Do not disconnect." I started the process about 90 minutes ago and it shows "Progressing" and "preparing sync preview." How long is this process supposed to take? What is a contact email to Blackberry technical assistance to get support?

Aug 5, 2010Ever since I updated the softward on my device (about a week ago) my lock function doesn't work. I have set all the same securities as before (Options/Password/Enable) however when I push the "Lock" button on the top of the device it only locks they keypad. If I push it again it simply unlocks the device, it does not prompt for a password. I have to wait for the device to reach it's security time out before there is a password prompt to unlock.

May 10, 2012today i tried listening to music on my iphone 4s,only to find that my volume adjuster had disappeared.and just to clarify,when i say that it disappeared,i mean that when i press the volume buttons on my phone,i see the speaker icon but the gauge bar is gone. i tried to test if this issue was only happening in one place, by checking out if i could adjust my volume through my Internet app. unforuntately, the volume slider has disappeared from the app as well.

Apr 10, 2012I recently upgraded my iphone 3GS to the IOS 5.1 however i have noticed that now i am unable to use the camera whilst my phone is locked.
I can use the button but the screen kind of jumps up, like when you double click the home button, to reveal the bottom part of the camera, the shutter and camera/video camera slide, but then the locked page comes back down to hide the camera. Also the function button isnt properly formed, i have the camera but instead of being in a box just the top and bottom lines are shown.
