My iphone is frozen and showing only apple sign, after following few tips for web it reached to itunes sign but every time i am trying to restore my iphone it is giving me an error code 21 ???

I had to restore my iphone so when I did it the phone remembered my old Apple ID. So I created an updated one etc and now it says under settings that the new one is in effect but when I go to the app store it has the old one. I have logged out etc but the old one keeps popping up when I try to update or download an app.

I recently got a new email address because my old email address was deactivated. I am now unable to log on to that email address. I updated my Apple ID to my new apple id on my mac and it worked fine! However, when I got on my iPhone I was immediately instructed to enter my password to my old apple id on iCloud, and when I did it was denied. It will not let me log out of my old apple id without the password, and my password does not work for it now that I changed my email address. I have literally tried everything. I reset my phone, and was still prompted to enter the apple Id from my old email address, I even put my phone into recovery mode and reset it. However, after all of this it is still not working.

It is frozen on apple screen and it keeps trying to restart self (which is not working). I have tried to reset with the home and on/off button (at the same time) and I have tried to plug into computer, but itunes doesn't detect device at all. Some times there is very small writing at top of screen that is so small I can't read. It seems as if the phone is in a restart loop.

I just got my 32g iPhone 4 about 2 weeks ago. After jailbraking the phone, I noticed a couple of things.1st: when the iPhone reboots I noticed a little thin LCD light showing through. 2nd: I noticed after jailbraking, I could not sign on to Facebook using app sign on. 3rd: when restoring to factory setting prior to visiting genius bar, my phone got stuck and froze up on apple logo indefinitely.Lucky for me, the tec at apple was cool and exchange it for a brand new one. Warranty is void on any jailbroken iPhones. After all that trouble, I dont think I'll jailbrake this one it's not worth it.

- Plugged it into the computer. It is not recognized.
- Held the home button + the top button down in order to reset. Does not respond.
- Let the iPhone drain from battery usage. After recharging it eventually goes back to the Apple Logo screen and freezes again.
It seems to have just happened recently after upgrading my iPhone to the newest patch. Not sure which patch number it was, but I just updated everything as of last week.

I want to dwnld unsynced images B4 restoring the phone. Phone is frozen so can't download straight into iPhoto or ImageCapture.
I trawled the net and followed suggestions such as trying to back it up via Ctrl-click in Devices on iTunes but only says 'open in new window' and 'Eject iPhone' - no backup option. Have also looked for the 'Mobilesync' bkup folder in Library too but not there. either.
