Just received my second replacement phone today and already I am back to having issues once again with this phone. Within two hours of it being up and operational my phone has froze up on me and is making noises as it's connecting to the dock when it's not near it. I called Verizon and they told me to do a master reset of my phone. After explaining to them several times I have done this twice already they said that there was nothing that they could do for me except send me another phone yet again.

I recently did a software update on my Blackberry Bold 9000 when prompted by my desktop manager to do so. After the update the phone began running slowly. I then delete a couple applications off the phone such as Myspace and Facebook to free some memory. Then phone had to be rebooted to complete deletion. After reboot, the phone screen turned white and froze. To unfreeze I had to remove the battery. When I put the battery back in, it would not turn on anymore. Could the update have fried the phone altogether?

So I created an updated one etc and now it says under settings that the new one is in effect but when I go to the app store it has the old one. I have logged out etc but the old one keeps popping up when I try to update or download an app.

I recently got a new email address because my old email address was deactivated. I am now unable to log on to that email address. I updated my Apple ID to my new apple id on my mac and it worked fine! However, when I got on my iPhone I was immediately instructed to enter my password to my old apple id on iCloud, and when I did it was denied. It will not let me log out of my old apple id without the password, and my password does not work for it now that I changed my email address. I have literally tried everything. I reset my phone, and was still prompted to enter the apple Id from my old email address, I even put my phone into recovery mode and reset it. However, after all of this it is still not working.

My wife accidently going through her contacts went to the very top where there's a drop down menu for Phone or Contacts. It went to Contacts. Went through the Settings -> General -> Software Update method to find 7.1.2 and it has frozen upon installation approx 33% of the way through. It has remained in this state overnight. Â
My phone is not jailbroken or anything like that and I have tried hard resetting it but nothing is happening. When connected to iTunes, all iTunes says is, "To allow access please respond on your phone" which I obviously can't do.Â
