IPhone :: Calender Info On HomeScreen

I have been searching for something that can give me like "LockScreen" apps information, the calender, on the home screen, so the calender occupaies the first two or three rows with the calender information and the rest is for apps.I would rather have that then the information on the lockscreen, since I really love to keep my lockscreen clean =)
Dont just want the ordinary calender, just showing the days, I want to be able to read the closesd appointment

After upgrading to v40, I've compared the new homescreen to the old homescreen and to the old homescreen with v21-31, these are my findings.
- The old homescreen on v40 does not have the email notification that Nokia introduced a short while ago and which was obviously VERY well recieved globally.
- The new homescreen on v40 has kinetic scrolling contacts which is, um, cute. It has the ability to control the music player (What I found to be very buggy, crashing it by simply pressing 'forward' when it's playing a folder with 1 song).
- The new homescreen on v40 does not have calendar and tasks, probably for the space the new music player-thing takes. This was my FAVORITE thing on the homescreen and I am sure I'm not alone.
I truly hope Nokia addresses these issues by either returning the email notifications to the old homescreen or somehow allowing to see the calendar and tasks on the new homescreen. Or both.

I have synced my mums new iphone into my itunes, i already have an iphone myself and all my information and apps (including notes and calender dates) have transferred over to this new phone. How do i repair this and will it effect my phone?

I have an E72 and love it. Just a question, I regularly sync my calender using the Nokia PC Suite and it works well. I silenced a reminder using the "silent" button and now some reminders are silent. The phone's display flashes but no audible alert. I've checked the profile and it defiantly has a setting enabled for an audible reminder. Any ideas?The alarms are perfect.

If the day selected has entries when in calendar view, we have a list of them on the bottom of the screen. If you point at the entry sometimes a shortcut menu is opened sometimes we are directed to the entry view.

How do I get calender - birthdays from facebook off my phone where your text and messages are. When I have a text or message and I bring it up to look at it there's a list of peoples birthday's from facebook and the heading is calenders. I went to facebook setup and unchecked calender birthdays but they still show on my phone does anyone else have that and how do you get it off of it.

I just opgradet to Ovi, but after the opgrade my Calender is one hour off - one hour after my Outlook.I did not have the problem with the pc-suite.I have done the opgrade of the telefon (Nokia 6300).How do I solve this?

Synchronized my calendar with Google calendar on Friday and it seemed to be working fine. however it would only show the events for that week and so even on Sunday it wasn't showing this week's events.

I have no idea what happened. All the sudden this morning all my events are gone. None for google, none for facebook. None that I have manually added into there. Not only that but when I go into my Google calender guess what? NOTHING ALL MY EVENTS ARE GONE!

have a BB 9700 Bold, version 5 with SFR (France)This issue has already been reported with no answer.When you write, in your calender, your flight departure time and your arrival time, especially if it is in a different Time zone, it is advisable not to set your new time as you fly, otherwise, the times in you calender will also change. To me, this bug should be fixed or at least an option should state "No time changes in calender" !

I have a Nokia 5230 with software version 20.0.005 and I am running Nokia Ovi Suite 2.1.1.1 on Vista 64 bit.I connect either by bluetooth or USB. With this it is possible to synchronize messages, music and pictures. However, when synchronizing the calender or contacts with bluetooth Ovi Suite simply crashes.When synchronizing with the USB cable it gives either the message: "Sync Canceled Could not sync contacts. Reconnect the USB cable to your device or connect via Bluetooth. Then sync again. Error code: 80043c93" When synchronizing the calender it gives the message: "Sync Canceled Could not sync calender items and tasks. Reconnect the USB cable to your device or connect via Bluetooth. Then sync again."I have configered Ovi Suite to synchronize with Microsoft Outlook.Do you have any solution to this problem.

Recently, I upgraded my old os to v4.6.0.304 however though, I lost all my birthday reminders on all my contact list. The birthdays are there in the contacts but is not automatically updated to my calender. Same with my facebook. Before I updated my os, all my contacts + facebook birthday would show but not it doesn't. Isn't blackberry suppose to transfer birthdays automatically to my calender?

I had the Facebook application installed and I removed it because I found the mobile site easier to use. Since I unistalled the application the default "Send Using" when I make a new appointment is Facebook. I was having to change it to my regular email everytime I created a new appointment. I was able to change my default back to my email but I'm wondering if there is a way to remove Facebook from the options completely. I expected it to go away when I uninstalled the application. Can anyone please assist me?

I just bought the W995 days ago, my previous phone was the W810 which I enjoyed very much. Already I'm missing some things from the W810 which isn't so good on the W995. eg. the calender alert isn't loud enough and I've missed so many calls when the phone is on silent cos the vibrate is virtually not existant. I could feel the vibrate on W810 even when it was in my bag, I can't feel anything even when the W995 is in my front jean pocket. Also, can someone tell me what the 'H' icon means on the top left hand corner next to the reception bars. Am enjoying playing around with the new features and finding out more. modding is still a big step for me as I'm not

this is starting to really bug me! i open any application and no more than 5 minutes later it quits to the homescreen. why? i turn phone of and on. no luck, i reset phone from holding power and home button.
