None of my Bluetooth Motorola Headphones work anymore after iOS 5.1 upgrade. They constantly skip and dropout to a point of being totally useless... They were all working great and now they barely work at all.

Just did an OS upgrade on my 9800 when I saw an upgrade alert on BlackBerry Desktop Software.The OS after upgrade is 6.0 bundle 2342 (v6.0.0.526 platform 6.6.0.195)Now when I run my application to do the voice record (WAV format, not AMR ), I keep getting an error "Requested bitrate is not supported", I tried different bitrate (8000,16000, 44100, 48000....), none of them supported.I used to use bitrate=8000 for recording and it worked, but now it throw above exception.I even change encoding bit from 16 to 8bit, channel from 1 to 2, didn't work.

Usually they work very well, I can listen to music and also make calls with them, but once in a while I will encounter a problem, when I answer a call, it will be completely mute. If I turn the headphone off, it will still be off. Even if I hang up the call, then my phone will now be completely mute (I can't even listen to music anymore). So I reset, and then my phone is back to normal.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a set of Jaybird JF3 Freedom BT headphones (fantastic running headphones BTW!) - both the Motoactv manual and the device itself tell me that when the Motoactv and my BT headset are in range of each other and powered on, they will auto-connect. Of the 30+ times I've used them, this only happened once. Every other time I have to go into Settings - Wireless - BT Headsets-JF3 Freedom and hit the "Reconnect" button - then they reconnect right away. One random time, they auto-connected. I didn't do anything different than I normally do.

My GPS worked splendidly for about a year with the Droid X. Now it really doesn't work at all. On Google Maps the circle never goes below a kilometer, and even with that it is usually wrong. When I try and use it to Navigate, it never tells me where to turn and I get lost because it isn't getting a signal.
I checked, and all settings were on for GPS. I restarted the phone and pulled the battery. I installed GPS Status and tried to Manage A-GPS state. First I reset, and that didn't work. Then I Downloaded and that didn't work either. The app thinks it is doing something but no satellites show up and the radar even outdoors and even not moving.
When checking for system update, all I get is perpetual checking for update... it doesn't give you the up to date message anymore. Have tried #35468# for log in, but no help. Thought service updates were still being supported?

I have only recently bought it and it has never been dropped or damaged.

Mic for headphones (iphone4) will not work. When I use voice control, the lines are up and down (almost like there is some type of noise) even though I am not speaking into it. Speakers are working, whether it's from music or using the phone. I've tried turning the phone on/off and it still does not work. Not sure what else to do. My volume doesn't work with or without headphones. When I try to turn up my volume the ringer shows but there isn't any white dots showing how high my volume is. When I watch a video, I can't slide my volume up because the bar isn't there. I have an iPhone4. I recently noticed the when I connect the headphones to listen to music, I can hear only from the right side headphone. I assumed that I had damaged the left headphone and got a brand new set to find out that it is the iphone that is faulty and not the headphones.
