The navigation bar that contains the soft touch keys remains black in all apps (exception Album and olther Sony's apps). This feels very bad to see, so there is a solution, a mod, an app WITHOUT ROOT to have a transparent or semi-transparent navigation bar?Â
For example, in Chrome, will be perfect to have transparent navigation bar to see full web full page!

May 29, 2012For no apparent reason, the status bar on my homepage is transparent. My phone is not jailbroken. I have tried restarting and putting different wallpapers up to see if it changes, but it does not. To be clear, I don't really mind the look of the transparent bar, but I am concerned that something is going wrong with my phone or there has been some sort of attack on the phone, especially since all of the information I can find about this suggests that the phone has to be jailbroken for the status bar appearance to be changed. I would like to know that I could change it back to the normal status bar if I wanted to.

HTC One M7 :: 4.3 Transparent Home Screen Bar?
Oct 26, 2013I heard one of the 4.3 and Sense 5.5 features that the home screen bottom bar become transparent. I just updated and it's transparent only in the lock screen, once I'm in it's black again? Is there an option to turn it transparent or it's just a silly update from HTC like the previous ones.

1. Is there any way to make the status/notification bar transparent on my HTC One?
I installed the apex launcher which allows me to hide the status bar entirely but I find that a bit annoying because I like to see the information on my notification bar at all times (i.e. time, connection). I just want the black strip to be transparent.
2. I just found out that there is an update to the software (4.3) and I'm currently on 4.1.2. If I install the update, will everything on my phone reset? Will I lose the layout of my icons with the apex launcher or Sense?
3. I've seen alot of people complain about 4.3 for various bugs. Do Androids receive fixes to such bugs quickly? My concern is that if I do update, I don't want to be on a buggy system for too long.
Google Nexus 5 :: Navigation Bar No More Transparent
Apr 23, 2014So, I own the Nexus 4 and I had installed Google Now launcher over the stock launcher and the transparency was just fine. Today, I decided to switch to Action Launcher and imported the Google Now Launcher settings. It asked me again, to which Google Launcher was not present. So, I selected stock. Now, the problem is, my status bar remains transparent, which is how I like it, but the navigation bar is black. On all launchers. I tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling Google Now Launcher, uninstalling Action Launcher, but no success. However when I swipe to Google Now from the Google Now launcher, it shows me a transparent navigation bar, but not on the home screen or lockscreen when using Google now launcher. What can I do?

BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: Icons Missing When Unlock / Lock Screen - Have To Swipe Screen To Make Icons Visible
Jan 16, 2010First off when I take my phone out of lock or wake up it from sleeping the icons are missing till i wipe my finger across the screen.. its weird to explain but its kinda like i have to swipe the whole screen for the icons to be visable the same thing happens when my phone goes to sleep and the keyboard is open.. any ideas?
and another thing is sometimes ill be writting a msg and my phone will make 3 beeping prompting type of noise any idea what this is?

Jun 18, 2010I don't know if anyone has had this happen before, but after moving some apps around on my phone and then hitting the home button to stop the "jiggling", the apps on my 1st screen, except for the dock, kept jiggling. I even have non-apple apps on the 1st screen and there is no "x" to delete the app. I know restarting my iPhone or even going into the jiggling mode again will probably stop it, but just thought it was interesting.

Apr 8, 2010Do we know how iPhone OS 4 will handle apps that are lumped into folders and have badge icons (via push notifications or otherwise)?I'm hoping there will be an option for the folder to have its own badge icon that sums all the badge icons in the folder. It would be nice to lump applications that get badge notifications into one folder. This would at least provide some form of notification management until Apple solves the problem. Granted this won't work for applications that use the badge icons for things like temperature.

For example, I can have a mail icon for my gmail, one for my mobileme, and one for my exchange account all separate on the home screen for a total of three (same mail icon but different subtext per which account it is, for example).Based on what I've seen and read so far I think the answer is no. What I'm anticipating is I will have to open the one mail icon with all my accounts listed, then have to choose which one I go to from there. Not a terribly huge deal, as it is better than the current setup, but separate icons would be a nice feature have.
