Mar 29, 2012As per the recent update to my device bold 9900 to 7.1 bundle 1149, but I had a problem in my bb app world which opens normally but do not shows any software icon images at all. I believe that it has been stopped behind some firewall, as when I try to open it from wireless network I can open it smoothly but only when I try to open it from my blackberry service it cud'nt open.I had no prb with my previous version when it was working on my phn smoothly but only it was a latset update I updated and it had this problem.

What I was wondering was; is there a way to hide the 8 icons I have showing at the bottom of my screen, until I touch the screen? I have deleted it from the applications list and do not see it in the modules list but the icon still shows.I also have icons that have the "Hide" checked but are not really hidden. The icon looks as though it is transparent.

Jan 16, 2010First off when I take my phone out of lock or wake up it from sleeping the icons are missing till i wipe my finger across the screen.. its weird to explain but its kinda like i have to swipe the whole screen for the icons to be visable the same thing happens when my phone goes to sleep and the keyboard is open.. any ideas?
and another thing is sometimes ill be writting a msg and my phone will make 3 beeping prompting type of noise any idea what this is?

Mar 31, 2010I have a N900 and have experienced unstable 3G data connection. Web pages at times won't open, take a long time to open, or simply timeout. Internet Radio re-buffering all the time.I take out the SIM card and put it into my N97. Internet connection seems fine in my N97 at the same location. I turn on the Joikuspot on my N97 (convert 3G signal into Wi-fi hotspot) and connect my N900 to Internet via wi-fi and the Internet connection on my N900 runs absolutely smooth. I can open different websites with Internet radio running in the background.
May I know if anyone can help me with this? I am running out of ideas. And I cannot carry both N900 and N97 at the same time like this to make Internet connection works for N900.

Jun 18, 2010I don't know if anyone has had this happen before, but after moving some apps around on my phone and then hitting the home button to stop the "jiggling", the apps on my 1st screen, except for the dock, kept jiggling. I even have non-apple apps on the 1st screen and there is no "x" to delete the app. I know restarting my iPhone or even going into the jiggling mode again will probably stop it, but just thought it was interesting.

Apr 8, 2010Do we know how iPhone OS 4 will handle apps that are lumped into folders and have badge icons (via push notifications or otherwise)?I'm hoping there will be an option for the folder to have its own badge icon that sums all the badge icons in the folder. It would be nice to lump applications that get badge notifications into one folder. This would at least provide some form of notification management until Apple solves the problem. Granted this won't work for applications that use the badge icons for things like temperature.

For example, I can have a mail icon for my gmail, one for my mobileme, and one for my exchange account all separate on the home screen for a total of three (same mail icon but different subtext per which account it is, for example).Based on what I've seen and read so far I think the answer is no. What I'm anticipating is I will have to open the one mail icon with all my accounts listed, then have to choose which one I go to from there. Not a terribly huge deal, as it is better than the current setup, but separate icons would be a nice feature have.
