The alphabet scroll is missing on the right side of my song list... Its really starting to bother me. The werid thing is, i still have the alphabet for my artist, just not the songs.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy new E72 doesn't seem to support contact groups as well as my old N73.
Once upon a time I used to prefix contact names with special characters so that I could sort by different types in the contact list.
I then got my N73 with contact groups, so I used those instead and did away with the prefixes in the names.
The N73 let me quickly switch from the full contact list to the groups tab, so that I could then select the appropriate group and find the contact within it that I wanted.
Now I've 'upgraded' to an E72, I still have Groups, but they buried in the the full contact list in alphabetical order, so I can't select them quickly.
To make matters worse, there's no use reverting back to my ol prefixing strategy, because special characters (non alphanum) now seem to be ignored as part of the collating sequence, so I cannot easily influence the order of entries.
I was sent a song through bbm, and then deleted it right after listening to itSuddenly, the song title reappears on my song list..AND when i try to listen/click on it, the next song plays (next song on the list)ive checked the miniSD card. the track is not therewhy is it still on my song list?why can't i delete the song title off?

Bought a song on iphone. Acted like it downloaded. It does not show in music app on iphone. Song DOES show as a purchased song on icloud. It allows me to redownload the song and acts like it is successful but the song never shows in music app. Tried rebooting but it still acts the same. Multiple attempts at downloads of the same song but the song never shows in music app. All other music does show in music app.

Today ( 05 October, 2011 )I bought the Nokia C2-03 with an expectation that Since it is built by Nokia then It must be best. Believe me that although there are many dual sim mobiles in the market yet I keep wait for the nokia's dual sim mobile. I bought it and bring this phone to my home. First its display quality disappointed me, as in the same range other brand have good quality display, yet I was ready to compramise with display quality. But I totally frustrated when I am unable to scroll the list item using my finger on touch screen. The scroller won't work. I restarted the mobile and even remove the battery and then I again restart my mobile after putting the battery again. I totally disappointend and curse myself on the decision of buying This nokia product.
View 1 Replies View Relatedif this is actually not an issue specific to the Galaxy S6 (my first android phone), but I really miss the feature of having somewhere onscreen to be able to scroll to the top of a list....be that list a long webpage, or even a page of features, etc.
I've searched and seen some apps out there that add a button (or two) to accomplish what I'm trying to do....but I don't know that I'd want to give up Real Estate just to be able to scroll "Home" on a page.
Is there a gesture that does this (and the reverse to go the Bottom of a page)?
when I hit the text mess. icon then the green + in top right corner to compose new text I now have to type in name, and can't scroll down contact list. Also the email address comes up instead of the contacts phone number.

But yesterday I haven't been able to see anything starting with the letter O-Z. And also have not been able to select some certain songs from the list (when I try the phone will freeze and the only way I can get anything to happen is to turn it off an on again. Even after which the problem persists.

To do this I press the Blackberry button and select 'Show Songs'. Problem is, I always have to scroll up to get to the 'Show Songs' item in the list because the 'Options' item is always highlighted and it is at the bottom of the list. My question is How do I get the list to have 'Show Songs' appear without having to scroll up to get it? - I have tried to close the application with the 'Show Songs' highlighted but it always reverts back to the 'Options' item highlighted.

For two songs now i have bought on itunes it only plays for 30 seconds, which is annoying becuase im buying the song not just a preview and its a waste of my money. Its starting to get really annoying now and feel i should get refunfed for the songs that its doing it to. Why would i just want 30 seconds of a song...Can you help me in anyway or figure out why its doing that. I know its not a ringtone its the real song.

With my old 3g iPhone, my notes from Outlook came into the phone in alphbetical order. With my new 4siPhone, they're all jumbled because the only sorting method is by the date the note was made. It's irritating and inconveninet.Is there a way to sort them alphabetically?

In the latest build of iOS 8 (and in previous builds of iOS 8 but for me not in iOS 7), the music app is sorting Albums in the wrong alphabetical order. (The problem doesn't affect the Artists list, for example.) I get pages like this (see below), where the As are interrupted by an L and then returns to As, only to be interrupted by a P later on. As you can see, the album under the interrupting "L" has no Ls in it by which it could be sorted under L, but even if it did, why doesn't this album then appear below with the Ls instead of sorting here oddly among the As?
The problem seems to be limited to the A section as far as I can see. This problem also makes the alphabet side scroll not work at all, so you have to manually flick through a long, long list of albums. I've tried deleting and resyncing all the music from iTunes, but this didn't fix the problem. I also tried tweaking the settings in Settings>Music (e.g., activating and deactivating Group By Album Artist), but this also didn't fix the problem. I assume this is a bug in iOS 8.

Two days ago I added a gmail account to my Curve 8530. After that I noticed that I had many duplicate contacts in my address book. I went to gmail and merged the duplicates. After that, I downloaded google sync and tried to sync my contacts between gmail and my phone. After that I had some names listed 6 or 7 times. Needless to say it was quite frustrating.
I deleated the gmail account and deleated google sync. I turned off the phone and took the battery out for about a minute. After that, I installed the latest version of Desktop manager and succesfully synced my contacts with outlook on my computer. Now, I have single contacts with no duplicates. However, when I am in my contacts and select "Options," it lists my gmail account as the only option for "Contact Lists." Also, when I go to the home screen and select "Options" - "Default Services" - I do not have an option for contacts any more. It is gone. All I have there is "Calendar (CICAL):" and "Messaging (CMIME):" Where did my Contacts option go and why does it still show gmail as my contacts list?
I have always had a shortcut button on my home screen that when touched gave me icons for every installed program on my phone. I can not find it since Gingerbread. I can not even remember what it was called. I used it to move new shortcuts to my home screen or start apps not on the home pages. Where do I go to get it back and what's its name?
