May 23, 2012Every once in a while it asks for a password for a no1sonic64fan@aim.com email that I've never heard about! It is not from anyone in my contacts or anyone I know for that matter! Is it a virus or what? How to I get it to stop? My iTunes account and iCloud account are correct, but this random email every once in a while pops up!

Jun 5, 2014So I have moved into a new apartment, and when my iPhone finds the router and tries to log on, it asks for a username AND a password. When I use my Macbook, it just asks for a password, which I enter and get no further problems with. Â
I have tried entering the router's details manually using the 'Other' feature in the Wifi settings, and still cannot log on (either with WPA or WPA2).Â

Dec 3, 2012I got my phone on friday last week and since the it restarted every morning at random time. It turns off and back on, I didn't loose any files, but the sim card is blocked and people can't call me then. I have the newest software, use the original charger, battery etc. Phone turns off without any massage, vibration or else, when it turns on I get the default starting screen and the phone asks me for pin and works normally afterwards.

Mar 22, 2015My friend had his Galaxy S5 set to unlock with a fingerprint, however yesterday the strangest thing happened. It no longer asks for a fingerprint, it goes directly to the alternate password. I would like to clarify again that its not that it does not accept his prints like happens to a lot of people, it simply does not give the choice to use them. Now I don't know if he forgot his password or the phone wont accept it (like he claims) but he can't use the alternate password to log into the phone. He is completely locked out. As a last case resort I will back up whatever I can using my computer and reset it to factory defaults.
As a final note I've tried the google device manager to reset the password, his S5 does not appear on his account. I expect that is because it is not a gmail account but a school account using google apps.

When I input the password set for the 8250 it will not allow connection to desktop. I have never set a password in 'Desktop' and have even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it but each time I attempt to connect it rejects the link. Any ideas as to where I can get hold of guidance on how to get past this problem as it is preventing me from using the Blackberry fully?

May 19, 2012over the past day or so on my iPhone 4 on the apple store app I have 12 updates. When I click 'download all apps' the iphone doesn't ask for my password as it usually did, but just goes away as if it is installing the updates.....but doesn't - I still have 12 updates to download !!!
I then logged on to my laptop and itunes, but cannot find where on the APP tab there is any mention of updates. I have rebooted the phone a couple of times, but no difference.

Aug 29, 2014I have an iPhone that keeps asking for a password of a user not associated with the device.Â
it would be one thing if it was a family member, but this is of someone who has never touched our iPhone or mac!Â
I confirmed there are no applications or iTunes content (in fact there aren't any songs on the device) that could possibly be associated with this person.Â
How do we get rid of this message?  How do we find out what content is asking for the password so we may remove it?

I cannot install them from the desktop manager because the applications section has now been updated to only show the apps i have downloaded! Twice because I backed it up for the first restore, and than the second restore, I restored it as a whole entire new iPhone, and still, my iPhone isn't registering my iMessage with my Phone Number, my carrier is Verizon, I've gone all through the Forums, did pretty much EVERYTHING on here that you could think of, I've even left it off for a good couple of hours, and re-tried it, I've left it to switch on over night, and it failed to turn on it says. I've never encountered a problem with my phone until this week, around 2 days ago, not quite 3 days.Like I said, I've done pretty much everything.Are the iMessage servers down or something?This is quite annoying.
