Recently my email server changed its settings and in order to do the same in the 9900 I went to email settings and was asked for my BB id and password. I had forgotten pw so clicked on 'forgot pw' and the usual pw hint question came up. However the pw I entered did not work - I was given 9 more chances and couldn't get the right pw. it would be one thing if it was a family member, but this is of someone who has never touched our iPhone or mac!Â
I confirmed there are no applications or iTunes content (in fact there aren't any songs on the device) that could possibly be associated with this person.Â
How do we get rid of this message?  How do we find out what content is asking for the password so we may remove it?
