I moved and had to change my email address. I have done this in iTunes but it is my old one still on my iPhone. How do I make it the same as my iTunes one so I can load apps?

It doens't verify my Phone Number, only able to use my Apple ID to send iMessages, so my girlfriend, recieves my iMessages, from my email address.FaceTime was working, I didn't touch it at all, I left it alone.today I actually restored it, TWICE. Twice because I backed it up for the first restore, and than the second restore, I restored it as a whole entire new iPhone, and still, my iPhone isn't registering my iMessage with my Phone Number, my carrier is Verizon, I've gone all through the Forums, did pretty much EVERYTHING on here that you could think of, I've even left it off for a good couple of hours, and re-tried it, I've left it to switch on over night, and it failed to turn on it says. I've never encountered a problem with my phone until this week, around 2 days ago, not quite 3 days.Like I said, I've done pretty much everything.Are the iMessage servers down or something?This is quite annoying.

I got it replaced under warranty and battery life was great.
Fast forward 8 months. Recently, after the LinkedIn password leak, I decided to revisit all my online accounts and update/change passwords (using 1Password). My AppleId was one of those that I changed.
Naturally as soon as I did that, all my iDevices started prompting for password for access to iMessage, iCloud, iTunes, etc... it didnt work 100% smoothly - the password was rejected a couple of times and some services got disabled. I ended up changing the password everywhere that I remember needed it, re-enabled iMessage and the like... and everything seems to be working ok.
However, since then, my iPhone 4S battery life has been terrible. Literally, thats the only thing that has changed.
The day previous it was fine - maybe 50% by the end of the working day with moderate usage. Now its 50% by lunchtime, and wont last the working day without a top-up.
My guess is that something is consuming too much cpu - and hence compromising battery life
I havent done a complete reset (erase/restore) - but have obviously done various power on/off cycles.

I have tried and tried to reset my Apple ID and password and on each web page (under Itunes) it has shown that the information was completely reset and no problems were noticed. When I have put this information into my iphone 4 in order to download my (now 35) updates, the phone says that the password is not correct. My dad has been trying to set up his first iphone and it asks for his Apple id and password but each time he enters it it says its incorrect.Â
