My camera app has been deleted by mistake. I wonder how that would happen since camera app can't be deleted. The restrictions are not enabled on my iPhone.
how to get the app back? Do I have to restore my iPhone?

View 2 Replies View Relatedi deleted some photos from my Camera Roll (on iPhone 3GS) using cable connection to my PC. I then went to Photo Stream (the photos were, correctly, still in there) and put some of them in Albums in the Photos app. Some, but not all, have now re-appeared in Camera Roll - and, very unhelpfully, not in the order they were taken. I don't want these photos in Camera Roll but can vaguely accept and understand if the app HAS to copy the Photo Stream photos to Camera Roll if you put them in Albums and they are not in Camera Roll already but then why are there 2 photos (in different Albums) that this is not happening for?

I'm trying to cut down on unnecessary storage space, and for some reason there is a gigabyte and a half of photos (1,109 pictures it says) listed in the iTunes usage display, when I have exactly 4 pictures in my camera roll, no videos. I've imported all the photos I've taken to iPhoto on my macbook, but those wouldn't affect the storage on my iPhone.... right? View 1 Replies View RelatedI deleted the camera icon because on my Blackberry tour, you could access the camera option by going to media, and then going to pictures. For whatever reason, in this newest version, you cannot.
So my accident, I did delete the icon. And now, i have no idea how to get it back. I tried a couple backup features on the desktop manager, and have tried to do a couple other things and to no avail.
I downloaded the app called Picmix from app world and decided I didn't like it, so I deleted the app after I done the reboot like it says to do after deletion of any app. I went into my media and then my pictures folder and all my pictures have gone from the camera folder and the folders I've created in there with my dogs. As I've deleted apps before and never had this happen, its the pics of my dogs I'm most upset about. Can I get them back in anyway or is that it? Also when I do reboot I have a pop saying "the media inserted have errors do you wish to repair the media card".

I deleted the backup file while trying to update to 5.1.1. My phone wouldn't update and I read that I needed to delete the previous backup (bad idea). When I delete an email on my computer, in Outlook, it does not delete it on my iPhone. However, if I delete an email on my iphone, it will be deleted on my computer's Outlook. When I open an email, in either place, it will show up as read in both. This is whole issue is also taking place with my iPad. I have deleted 4 pictures in the gallery app from the sdcard/pictures directory. I exited the gallery and returned some time later and ther is now a seperate album showing 4 pictures with no thumbnail and the won't open. These blank pics have the same file names as the ones deleted and are stored in the same directory. Getting info on these pics shows the original file size and name, but with a resolution of 0x0 and they can't be opened. Exploring the sdcard/pictures directory with file explorer does not show the 4 files in question.
Update- I shut down my Xoom and restarted. Launched the Gallery app. The blank picture album appeared momentarily and then disappeared.

It flickers like an old television, a fade of black.
