May 24, 2012Not sure why but everytime I try to edit/crop a picture my computer automatically resets, is this a common fault with the latest software upgrade?

Apr 2, 2012I noticed for the past few days that whenever I try to crop a photo, my phone will automatically reset itself.I've tried shutting out of the app and restarting it, restarting my phone by pressing the lock and home button at the same time, and it's still crashing!

Jun 6, 2012So I have been having trouble with updating a couple apps on my iphone. They would just sit and never update so I read online that you could do a reset settings and it would fix the problem. Yesterday I synced my phone and today I went through and did the reset settings. It even said it wouldn't lose content or media. But once I restored it, they were gone. All contacts, apps, notes, etc are there, but over 400 pics and videos are gone. I even had icloud enabled and I thought they were streaming because it's on, but there are no photos or videos there either.

May 18, 2012So I recently (yesterday, May 17, 2012) did the software update iOS 5.1.1 on my iPhone 3G. When I try to edit my photos, cropping a photo for instance, my phone reboots itself. I don't want to lose all my data on my phone so putting it into Recovery mode and then "Restoring" it won't work because that supposedly erases all your media, etc.

Jun 19, 2012Using iOS 5.1.1 on iPhone 3GS. I was browsing through my pictures in the photo album and noticed the edit feature, I wasn't sure what the buttons at the bottom were for so I clicked the red circle and realized it is the red eye edit tool. But it took me to a full screen of the picture and tells me to click on the red eyes and to click twice to undo, but after lots of clicking I can't seem to get the screen to go back to my normal photo album. How do I close this feature? I can access my camera roll through the camera but not through the photo album. Even after hitting my home key and trying to get back in it still takes me to the picture that is in edit mode.

It also started resetting constantly, over and over. I ended up turning off the phone. When I got home, I connected it in. It said it detected the iPhone as being in "Recovery mode", so I have restored it again.It is now doing an "iPhone Software Update" which is 687MB in size (My Mum's SIM is currently in the phone while it does it) My question is, now that it is doing a software update, will this help the problem?And is there any known simple solution to the home button not working?

Apr 4, 2012I Have an Iphone 4, 6 months old, regular use for games,Ive noticed over the past few days i has been resetting itslef, today whilst logging into a game (draw something) the screen broke up into a million colours and went black however it still has power on.Ive tried the home and power button to reset but this does not do anything. is there another way to do a complete shut down as the screen is black and 1. cannot swipe to shut down. ive tried plugging into iTunes but there is no response and does not recognise the phone. When calling the phone it remains unresponsive however it still rings out on the calling line.
