Using an iPhone 4s and trying to use the HSBC mobile banking "app". I called HSBC but they couldn't help. I key in the site, but when it pops up it won't allow me to log in. The HSBC rep said she was able to do it on her iPhone. I cleared cookies and history and allow cookies, but nothing is helping.

I've been having a problem with my Safari browser on my iPhone 3GS. Whenever I visit a certain site (yes, it's a family friendly site) my Safari browser gets redirected to an advertisement for a not-so-family-friendly site. The phone is not jailbroken, and though it is connected to a wireless network, neither of my other computers are having an issue. I also disconnected the phone from the wifi and got the same results on Safari with the same site using my network provider. I cleared the cookies and history, then restarted to no avail. I even restored the phone to factory settings but no luck.

It askes me to load a file .jspa which I did and then to open it but it requires a specific software which I found on the net and loaded. And now nothing happens... Granted if I close the browser it will log me out after a few minutes. So I could have no activity and still be logged in even if several hours pass.
On my S6 it will log me out within a few minutes of no activity. I have tried Chrome, android browser and now Firefox. Firefox is marginally better then the others.
