View 8 RepliesI tried to login on the BB site to change the references of my BB as I bought a new one. It askes me to load a file .jspa which I did and then to open it but it requires a specific software which I found on the net and loaded. And now nothing happens... I just do not know how to deal with that. I have sent a mail to the technical support and they answered with 3 pages of instructions saying nothing and sending me back to the forum.

Other smartphones including other Blackberry models and all Android and iPhone models access the site fine.The error our client received is:"The server returned the following error: Access Denied: Insecure SSL Request" then if you click Ok it says "Unable to connect using the current security settings. Please contact your service provider". If you click More Info, it brings up this message: "Your MDS has been configured to deny SSL requests to servers that have certificates which are untrusted or expired. Try using Device Side SSL which can be modified in your TLS Options. Contact your system administrator with questions."Our clients don't have access to their MDS which is through their service provider.The SSL certificate has an alt name (Certificate Subject Alt Name) and the SSL is registered under GoDaddy and the subject name has a subdomain (tickets).

"There is an issue with the current session. login to continue. (Error Id: 30702) " Then I hit OK button as it is the only choice given.
I go to Options > click Device > Blackberry ID to update or enter my credentials. But it gives me anerror: "Unable to update your Blackberry ID account information". Then I hit OK button as it is the only choice given.
This is the first time I have encountered this. I have also contacted my network provider, but they can't assist me on this issue, and directed me to blackberry support.
I recently acquired a bb curve 8520 and it won't get past my bb I'd details. It doesn't say invalid I'd just can not access at this time which has been going on over 24hrs now!

To get into this I click on applications then facebook I prefer to get into facebook this way rather than clicking on the globe. How do I make it save user names and passwords for logging in to secure web sites? We upgraded to the BB so that we could accept new orders on the fly, but the log in page for our client does not save the user name and password, and we have to type it in each time; it can mean the difference between getting the order or losing it to another vender.
