Does anyone have a Nexus One and have it paired with the Motorola Endeavor HX1 Bluetooth Headset? If so, how is the sound quality? Motorola told me that it is completely compatible.
View 1 RepliesIs that I have a pair of Wireless Beats headphones. When I scan for Bluetooth devices on my N5 It can't find my headset. I used my Ipad to search for the headset and that picked it up fine. I could even pick up my Ipad Bluetooth using my N5.. (Also note; I have never connected my headset to N5 before)
What I have tried to fix the problem.
-Reset Bluetooth settings
-Factory restore headset
-Connected headset to another device perfectly
-Changed the N5 Bluetooth name
-Reboot on both devices
-Changed WiFi off
-Changed WiFi frequency
-Tried various "Bluetooth Routing" apps
I just got a Blueant V1 bluetooth headset and everytime the milestone sleeps [screen auto goes off] my bluetooth will disconnect shortly after that. If I keep the screen on the connection seems fine. I don't see a setting that causes bluetooth to go off when on sleep like WIFI does so what's the problem here and how can I fix it?

I turn on the bluetooth on phone- make sure all other devises are off - turn on the headset - it says it is pairing - but my phone only shows it is now discoverable - shows the headset name - but never makes the connection.

Is MOTOACTV compatible with any bluetooth headset? My boyfriend bought me a "Stereo Bluetooth Headset" by AudiosynQ I set the device in pairing mode and navigated to the "Add Headset" section under wireless settings but the device kept saying it was unable to find the headset. Do I need to have MOTOACTV paired with my phone (Iphone) somehow first or pair the headset with my phone first and then MOTOACTV?

However, it will not connect to my new Photon 4G.I've made sure every other device to which it was ever connected has bluetooth turned off I've made sure the battery on both devides are fully charged I've made sure the Photon's bluetooth is on working I've connected the Photo to my car's bluetooth system to make sure it can connect to something I've connected my headset with my laptop to make sure it can connect to something I've turned them both on and off both devices I've searched and searched everywhere.When I go to bluetooth settings on the Photon and press "scan for devices", the headset never shows up as an available device When I power on the headset it flashes blue for a second and then slowly flashes red, but is never available to connect to the phone?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got the Razr HD on Thursday when it became available and I love it so far. I connected my Sony Bluetooth stereo headset (url...). So, not the typical one ear peice just for answering calls. I got them because I listen to music on phone while at the gym and the wire from my old headset kept getting in the way. So, these worked great with the Droid X, never had a problem. I connected them to my Razr HD and the volume instantly goes the the max and cannot be turn down. I use the volume rocker and the volume stays at the max volume until I turn the volume all the way down at which point there is no sound. I can't find a bluetooth volume slider in the sound volume settings and the "Music, Video, Games, & other media" volume control isn't doing anything to adjust the volume for my headset. The headset does not have a volume control of its own and right now I can't use it becuase it is way too loud. I know there ways to be able to adjust the volume for each device independently on custom roms and rooted devices why can't these simple things be added to "stock" roms? Anyone know how to get the volumes to work without having to go to a custom ROM?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have found it almost impossible to get a wired headset to work on my bionic when in my car (which has built in bluetooth, and which is bonded to the phone just fine). The only way I can make the wired headset take precedence over the bluetooth, and/or the phone's speaker phone, is to:
1. Make a call in the car (any mode).
2. Plug in headset.
3. Click on the phone's speaker icon (headset works for 1/2 second before sound reverts to bionic's speakerphone).
4. Unplug and plug the headset into the bionic, often 2 or 3 times.
Obviously this sucks and would cause a terrible accident if one were driving and doing all these procedures. I have read every documentation on the phone to no avail. I have called Motorola twice, to no avail (and was hung up on by the tech), and called Verizon tech, who also hung up on me.
why is there no headset icon up in the status icon area when you use your wired headset? i've always thought other andoid phones have this.

If not used for a while, the phone will 'time out' and turn itself off.When this happens, I can't figure out how to get the headset to turn it back on, or unlock it, in order to make a call.One press of the 'call' button just brings up the phone's screen where you 'press & hold to unlock. A second press of the call button doesn't do anything.A press and hold of the call button redials the last number.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI've run across an issue, not sure if it's since this last Sprint M8 update (3.31.654.2), or if it started a day or two prior, but using my Blueant Q3 Bluetooth headset, the phone's mic only works, not the headset mic. I couldn't figure out why when walking around the room people where saying I was getting very quiet. I re-paired the unit tried a couple of other ones and tested using a voice recording app, to discover the phones mic is only working.... Tested using the wired HK ear bud set that came with it and it uses the wired headset mic.
