Jun 17, 2015When I use my phone I will be on something e.g text messages or notes or something like that all of a sudden playstore will open and kinda reccomend a app. It's so fustrating

May 17, 2015I noticed that sometimes while in pocket, the camera app just randomly opens even though I felt that I didn't really press the home button twice to open it and sometimes the lock screen unlocks while in pocket...really weird...

Oct 21, 2015As the title says, my play store app is now opening randomly and interrupting whatever i'm trying to open but not to a specific app or anything. Its just opening to an "item not found / retry" page. Seems to be since this latest security patch from VZW over the weekend. I've cleared cache and data from the play store app as well as play services.

May 19, 2015So I've had my phone since day 1 and I haven't had any issues at all with it. It's definitely the best phone I've ever owned and I've owned almost all the flagships. However, out of know where my l_e_d flashes red and I cannot find out why. Because there is no app that I have installed that would do that and I don't have any missed calls or something like that . It won't turn off and I restarted my phone, it's really strange.

Nov 5, 2015I've been noticing this happening for awhile now.. for some reason my app windows will close randomly- no warnings, no errors, i tap the Recents key and apps that i had open are now gone.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern or consistency to this, i'll just eventually notice after doing things in other apps, that when i tap the Recents key, one (or more) have closed- in some cases i've had multiple apps open and they've all closed- ie, tap the Recents key and it's blank.
For example, just recently i had the Facebook app open (along with a few others), and when i went back to open it from the Recents key, it was gone. i've also noticed the same thing happen with the Instagram app, but i believe there are others..
So I'm assuming this isn't supposed to happen? my only thought was maybe apps are crashing when too much stuff is open at once, thought it's a pretty high end phone, and i typically only have 3-4 apps open at the same time, at most.. or maybe apps are closed automatically if they're open for too long with no activity? i can say that in some of these cases the apps had been open for hours or in some cases days by the time i noticed they were closed..
Galaxy S6 Edge :: Media Volume Changing Randomly On Its Own?
Jul 14, 2015the media volume (for the Music app) suddenly started dropping to mute continuously. i've had the phone in my hand (not touching any volume controls) and watched the volume level drop repeatedly.. i raise the volume, it drops again. this has happened about 6 times since yesterday, i'm completely baffled by this.what's worse, the volume has also gone all the way up to max, so i'll be listening to music when all of a sudden it's blaring full blast in my ears and i have to rip the ear phones out.

Jan 12, 2016My husband's Galaxy Edge 6 keeps going to the maintenance boot mode shown in the photo and factory resetting randomly. Verizon can’t seem to solve the issue.
•He's had the phone replaced by twice in the past month,
•10 hours of calls between Verizon and Samsung
•ditched his old Google account in case it was something with his backup
•Replaced his SIM card
•Went to both the Verizon store and to the Samsung center in Best Buy for them to run diagnostics, flash it, etc. They can find nothing wrong with it.
•He’s had numerous factory resets, master resets, etc.
IPhone :: Randomly Opens Safari Windows
Apr 22, 2010Last nght before I went to sleep I was browsing on facebook and safari. When I was finished I closed out all of the safari windows and cleared my history and cookies. When I woke up this morning I found that my passlock had been removed and safari had opened numerous pages of websites of which I do not go to. This has happend once before, but I did a factory restore and all seemed to help. My phone is not jailbroken and I don't understand why this is happening.

May 2, 2012I have a 3Gs model that after doing the update to IOS 5 and later versions, now just randomly switches from 3G to Edge network whenever I'm using random applications. It'll just shut off the 3G network, go without coverage, and then kick back into Edge network. After thinking about it for a couple of minutes, then the phone will randomly switch back to 3G.
Why is it that the new IOS 5 causes our 3G phones to run like a pile of fail? I find that I have to shut my phone off every other day to kill background applications to ensure that the processor doesn't get jammed up.

Aug 30, 2015Strange issue with my S6. The phone application takes 5-7 seconds to open every time. Once I am in the app there's no slow down. I have cleared the cache partition and restarted the phone. I have also cleared data/cache on all three 'Phone' apps. Not sure why there are three.

But I have noticed that since then 3 out of 5 times I unlock my phone it unlocks to the NBA game time app page in the play store. I now don't remember which app suggested this download. Jul 14, 2015I install an app on the playstore for remote control of kodi on my htpc computer , after uninstalling it , noticed when I long press and hold my home button It no longer opens up voice search, it opens google now cards page I then have to click on the mic button at the top to perform a voice search.
Is there a way to reset this ? , I uninstalled updates on google app cleared data ect , now when I press and hold my home button I only get these 2 options.
If I select "google" it opens google now page (same way as above)
Looking for a way tog et pack the long press home button and you can instantly start talking to the google voice .
I am stock rooted...
