Galaxy S5 :: Cannot Download Some Apps At Playstore?
Apr 16, 2014S5 is my first android .. I would like to ask , i cant download some program from the play strore , for example = whatsapp messenger / yahoo messenger. It keep stuck at the blue downloading bar.
but i can download another program like Path / something else, I already tried clear data , clear cache , factory reset, but it still wont work , i still cant download whatsapp / yahoo messenger .

Sep 9, 2015I zip signed a few apps that I don't want to ever get updated, such as Quickpic.
However, they're showing on the play store again, and I tried updating one of them and it went through, even though the signatures should not match in the least.
What's going on and how to prevent this from happening?
I want to add, I verified that the one it overwrote was definitely signed by me...

Oct 24, 2010I'm trying to download some free apps from the "Market", does anyone know how long items take? I've tried to download a couple of free things 2 days ago and they are still downloading?I know my internet is working ok as I can access Yahoo email and the browser no problem so my connection is ok?But the blue "shimmering" download bar is showing saying "Starting download" but after many many hours still nothing?Then it stops and I've got to restart it again?

These apps do not even show up in the marketplace on my phone, but they do on my wife's (same phone). We have gone through all the settings on our phones and did not find anything different.

Jul 6, 2010I have just got an Xperia mini pro and I can't get it to download anything from the app store. I can click on the apps and the progress bar appears and says 'starting download' but it never does.
I have had a few problems with connections on the phone so far (Sony Ericssons sync took about 5 goes to work without seeing 'HTTP error' so I don't know if it's a connection problem or an app store problem. I am signed in fine to my google account as I have synced the google calendar with no problems.

May 15, 2011I am having trouble downloading from Android market on my Xperia X10 mini pro. I have updated the software from 1.6 to 2.1, I have tried signing out of google talk, removing the market updates and clearing the market cache and have now done a factory reset and I still can't download from the market. Any apps I have tried to download are showing on the market on my computer as being downloaded. My husband has the same phone running the same software and has no problems downloading from the market.

Oct 28, 2010I rooted my phone a few days ago to remove all the useless apps that the phone comes with. I basically got ride of a code reader, some stupid games, and a bunch of "trial version" applications.I just noticed now that I can't download apps from the Android Market anymore, and this is probably what caused it. Everything else on my phone still works perfectly.
When I try to download an app from the Android Market, I select the app to be downloaded, press "Install", then press "OK" when it gives me the list of what the app has access to.Once I press "OK" a popup appears that says "Your Item Will be Downloaded". That's it. Nothing appears in the notification bar, and the download doesn't go at all.
