Jul 6, 2015I installed the new update 5.1.1 and after that. They both have stopped working. I have to wait for my phone to shut off and to exit apps, I have to use the app button which I don't like that much.

Oct 15, 2015After activating my Ultra Power Saving mode, I was able to deactivate, however my phone then went into a similar power saving mode, grey scale screen, no apps and no option to exit the mode available on any accessible parts of the settings. Is this a bug? or have I activated a mode I didn't intend to?

Apr 10, 2012I got my iPhone 4 in October 2010. Since then I have accidentally dropped it on the floor and the back cracked, and in April 2011 I accidentally dropped it in a tub of paint. A bit silly, I know, but I managed to get all of the paint off quite easily and it was fine. However, at the end of last year, the home button started to malfunction and get stuck and just generally not work. In the past few weeks I've noticed I get trouble with it at least once a day and have to sit and press it until it works. Then, today, just out of nowhere, the lock/power button at the top of my phone just stopped working, it's stuck. I don't really have a way to wake my phone now unless I press the home button until it works, and I can't lock it anymore.

Apr 9, 2012It has been acting up the past few days, randomly turning itself off, and I am trying to get it to turn back on. Randomly it will turn back on when I push the power button, but is unresponsive when doing all the reset combos. Today it turned itself off while sitting on the table at home. I have not been able to get it back on and its been about 6 hours now, and its been plugged in to the wall charger the whole time. If I take it to apple, can they pull the serial number off for warranty purposes?

Jun 12, 2012I recently bought an apple 4S 16GB phone and been using the same since last about 20 days. Recently for no apparent reason, my iphone 4s went completely blank, neither power nor Home button worked. I had to press power and home button simultaneously to reboot and get it started. It happened twice in a span of 3 days. I am using Vodafone 3G services in India. Its quite annoying to find your phone in a vegetable state and wait for 1-2 minutes to get it rebooted every now and then.

Aug 1, 2015I cannot get my phone out of power mode. It is turned off, but auto brightness goes lowest possible still. No lights on buttons, no haptic feedback, no sounds (hate them, but turn on to see).
It's not hardware as the haptic buttons light and vibrate on boot... Just nothing after boot up. Haven't done anything but let my phone hit 10% battery before charging.
