But any time I turn bluetooth off on my phone (pull down or settings menu) my phone restarts. I originally turned it off because my fitbit wouldn't sync and would not show up in available devices. Now it syncs fine but it still does not show up in available devices.

View 6 Replies View RelatedFor the last few days my phone battery only lasts 8 hours without hardly any use. When I plug the charger in, nothing happens. I have to switch off the phone which sometimes reboots when I do this, then it starts charging. I use advance task killer to shut as many apps down as possible but the battery still drains fast. I havent installed anything new for a while. I have looked at the tips on batterys forum but still cant find the problem.

If I take the card and put it back in, it says it recognizes that I've inserted a card and prompts me too restate. After restart I get the same message saying there is no SIM card. I either need to restart the phone or do a manual sync, and then it will check my e-mails again for a while. Then it goes back to not checking. I've gone into the settings on both accounts and made sure that I've selected PUSH and also that I have not selected to only check during peak times.

But there is one BIG issue: when I get a call and turn my bluetooth on, the phone shuts off and reboots.I use Sprint PCS as my carrier and my OS is version 5.My phone is sitting on my desk so a static electric charge is not causing this. On screen, I see the incoming call noticification (the usual with caller ID) and when I turn on my Bose Bluetooth, I see the popup window that tells me my Bluetooth is connected, then the screen goes blank because the phone shuts down and reboots. This is my third Bluetooth earpiece but the first on that causes the reboot. By the way, if I leave the headset turned on, everything works fine--I can answer the phone with no reboots. However, this will kill the battery in the headset as well as my phone as it keeps the bluetooth connection.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought my S6 about 3 weeks ago. I was using it normally, but then I left it and when I came back it wouldn't turn on unless I pressed the volume down key too. After that it kept turning off after 15-30 minutes I turned it on, everytime, and then it simply wouldn't turn on whatever i did, even if a pressed all 4 buttons for 10 seconds. Then I simply pressed the power button and it turned on. It behaved normally for that whole day.
I went to sleep with 45% battery and it died. Again it wouldn't turn on unmattering what i did, and after like 5 hours i pressed the volume down and power again and it turned on (after many tries), wtih 27% battery - and it was always off, but after like 2 minutes it died again, and only turned on, after many tries, when I presed vlm dwn, power and home together, giving me the restart screen with 7% charge. (not that dos/cmd-like, with hard reset and all, only a custom os and restart). it worked normally (draining battery fast), and then shut down again, even if i was charging it, though the whatsapp green led is flashing, so i think it's not completely off.
my phone other than recently the battery life has been pretty bad all of a sudden (I think it's my charger) , anyways I was outside taking a picture on my phone and as soon as it took the picture the screen went black and it was completely unresponsive, tried turning it on, reset, nothing worked. I took the battery out and back in and It turned on, BUT then my time and date was completely wrong and for some reason since the time and date was wrong it made my internet not work.
