Galaxy S5 :: Why Does Mobile Data Get Unchecked Every Time Sent Photo Text
Jun 27, 2015I have an s5 on verizon. Every time I receive a picture text from anyone , it turns off mobile data and the 4g turns grey. I am unable to download the photo until I go into settings and place the checkmark back for mobile data. This occurs whether I'm on wifi or not.

Feb 28, 2015The phone in question is a Samsung Galaxy S5, SM-G900A, factory unlocked, Straight Talk as the service provider. Unless I am connected to WiFi, I am unable to create an "Email" account and I can't send emails through Mobile Data. After being given the runaround, I am officially saying that there IS a problem with the default "Email" app and NOT my service provider. I downloaded Yahoo Mail app directly to my phone and, guess what, I can send and receive emails just fine through my Mobile Data where I can' do it at all when I try to set up my Yahoo Mail account through the default "Email" app.

Feb 15, 2015I own a Samsung Galaxy S-5, and after a Samsung software update (performed on February 13, 2015) all of my pictures in my Gallery under my camera tab have disappeared. I called Samsung and they had me search the phone in several places to look for the pictures with no luck. Has anyone lost pictures after an update? How to find my photos?
