Eseries / Communicators :: 3.5mm Headphones Won't Work?
Feb 7, 2011I am facing an irritating problem with my phone.The 3.5mm headphones won't work, or sometimes produce a feeble distorting drone,that's all.I have tried many headphones with it,which otherwise work perfectly with my devices(eg-the OEM one,two Sennheiser headphones,and a Sony MDR EX57),but the result is same.

Nov 23, 2011I've upgrade my E72 to version 071.004 and now I can't pair it with my Ford Focus Bluetooth radio. The phone keeps checking for devices and can't find the car bluetooth. This is a major problem for me as use it daily.Meanwhile I've read there's a new firmware version (81.003) but it doesn't seem to be available here in Portugal. I've already checked for updates via OTA and through the Nokia Suite but it says there's no updates.Can anyone help me with this problem? Is there any solution? Is it possible to downgrade to the previous firmware version?

Sep 15, 2011Whenever I receive a call notification on my E7-00 I have pressed, swiped and tapped the green receive key, but it not activate, the time expires and the call is sent to voicemail; not every time, but most times.
Vodafode provide my service. When 121 rings the green button answers when pressed most times.
I sent this phone back to Nokia once already. They updated all of the software and sent it back to me. The software update is impressive but the green receive button still does not work.
For a £450 purchase price I was expecting better quality. I am now waiting for the carrier to collect the E7-00 take it back to Nokia again for, hopefully, a proper repair this time.

i get to the point where you have to select the email pproviders.i select gmail, enter my account name, then my password, press ok and it sends me back to the email provider selection list.
my only option there is press back or option.but back just takes me back to the begoning without any of the options being save.

Jun 22, 2011Just bought the nokia E7. Well had little problems with it but have been solving them bit by bit.The problem that I haven't solved yet is that when locking the phone and creating the password to unlock it, it doesn't seem to work.
I touch the power button to lock and it locks. A screen with number appears so that I can put the password and selecting any number or even pressing cancel unlocks the phone.

Apr 29, 2010I have a Nokia E71 which as I write is not responding to any of the keys. When I turn it on it boots up and then gets to the 'Set date' window, which I can't get past because it does not register me pressing 'OK'.
I think reinstalling the firmware will fix this, because before it stopped working it went through a phase of not working, and then working again, and then not.
The problem I have is that I can't select the 'PC Suite' on my phone when I plug it in because it won't let me press any keys. how I can get my computer to recognise that I have the phone connected, without having to select PC Suite on my phone?
