Eseries / Communicators :: E75 Starts Music Player When Connecting Bluetooth?
Mar 18, 2010
every time I start my car ( Ford S-Max with Travelpilot FX ) my Nokia E75 starts the musicplayer.I need to close that app every time. Can I remove that application or prevent it from starting?
I have been using my trusty Nokia E72 for a few years now, it has no problems.I want the data in it to be synced with my laptop. I have tried using Bluetooth and an USB cable. It's not working. Is there a problem with my laptop or is it a problem with my phone/software?
When i connect my E71 device via the USB cable it shows in the Nokia suite that there is 352 songs on my device in the music libary, however when i go to the E71 and press refresh it only detects 140 songs ( these songs are derived from my memory card 8GB microSD . When i seem to try and refresh it after it had found the 140 songs it constantly has the 'Refreshing. Added: 0.' searching for music. How do i get it to detect the full 352 that it shows in my Nokia suite and that i have in the actual device.
Have installed QuasarMx on my Anna E6 and would like to have as my default music player but when I go to settings|application settings|default applications and try and change the default for playing music only the Nokia Music player is listed.
Is there an easy way to search for a song (except browsing the albums and songs) in the library in E6 with Belle? The player was very simple and efficient in E63, E72, but now it's very complicated.
I'm wondering if there is an alternative to the default music player on the E7, the reason I ask is I just can't get used to it, it seems determined to have me just "shuffle" everytime, trying to make a playlist is near impossible because it groups by artist and not album.
I have an E5. Earlier when I downloaded new songs on my phone and opened the music player, it automatically searched for new tracks and updated itself. Now I dont know what has happened it doesnt get updated automatically and I have to update it manually.
My Nokia E-5 music player does not show all songs. The file manager does though. I have tried everything that I could, from the internet. No solution yet. Nokia wont address it. Please don't ask me to refresh my music player.
I wish to disable the light time-out mechanism on the Symbian Ann music player. I would like this so that I can change tracks on my phone while in the car. How should I accomplish this?
I have put a lot of music on my card into sparate folders and I would like to add those folders as separate playlists into my music player but all I can see in my music player is the nokia default ringtones on mass memory. I tried to refresh music library and nothing happens.
After upgrading my N8 to Belle, the following scenario happens:
Bluetooth headset is connected, music player is not running (or any other application, for that matter). When a phone conversation ends, or a missed call is received, the music player starts by itself. Note: I do not press any buttons on the headset or the phone.
I purchased xperia x10 mini pro and when I plug in the headset provided with the phone after five minutes it automatically starts playing the music....
I just bought the HX550 and have been using it on my X2. I really like the bluetooth. Probably the best one I have ever used, and I have used many. I found one glitch with my using it with my X2. After I end a call, the musical player starts automatically. And only when I use the HX550. Has never happened with any other bluetooth. I tried it with MotoSpeak installed and removed. Makes no difference.
when I go into Music and try to search for podcasts or internet radio it doesn't connect. This has been an issue since I've had the phone. I'm connecting via the WiFi when I'm doing this.
Ive checked all applications - and they are all closed!!So strange and draining my battery quickly! How can i fix this or turn it off?E52 - Product code 0585050UK.V54.003
I have Nokia E7, and recently I noticed that whenever I connect this phone to PC either it doesn't detect by the PC, or it detects and within a minute it again disconnected(that message comes in notification area).Nokia suite givs message E7 connected and whenever I want to something file transfer or sync within a minute or so it automatically get disconnected.I can see that in USB cable mode connection the light blinks and charging is ongoing, but nowhere in my PC I can see the "E7". This is started just two weeks back, I uninstall everythign, again reinstall nokia suite, pc connectivity software again everything. but no result.I just want to access my phone in Nokia suite mode and want to access my files. If I put my phone into "Mass storage or media transfer mode" I have seen charging has stopped and my phone not detected by the PC.
My E71 keeps connecting to the in internet via mobile 02 everynight automatically(strangely always around 2 mins past midnight) Its cost me sixty pounds over the last 2 months. I've uninstalled most of my downloads incase one of them was automatically connecting for updates but this has made no difference. The other night I switched the phone off at midnight but it still connected when I turned it back on. I've rung 02 and they've said it must be to do with a setting on the phone
Music Player widget shown on my screen: play/pause/rev.fwd buttons and the cover as well. For some reason the buttons and cover disapeared. I haven't installed or uninstalled new software.
I tired to delete and add the vidget again but simply my buttons are gone. The icone link to the music player, however, I cannot control from the main screen anymore.
had a X3-02. Whenever the bluetooth headset is activated, the Music player is also automatically started. Most of the time I am not aware until it is too late, the battery on the bluetooth headset is already drained. Can anyone advise me on how to prevent the music player from starting automatically
I have had an LG Nexus 4 for about 2 years, and I remember transferring music from my old Samsung S2 to the Nexus 4 was a breeze (was able to move 1,200 songs in a few minutes by Bluetooth). Today I purchased an LG G3 and now I want to move the music from the Nexus 4 to the G3. I cannot figure out a quick and easy way to so this.... the music player on the Nexus 4 does not allow me to select Bluetooth as a transfer option. I also tried installing the LG Cloud.... I can get songs to go to the cloud, but only 1 song at a time (this will take forever and makes no sense at all). There has to be a simpler, more efficient way to transfer music from 1 phone to the other....
How do I control which music player is used when my phone is connected to my car's bluetooth? Or, is there anyway to disable the stock music player? For example, I have the atrix's stock music player, google music, and spotify installed on my phone, and the phone will randomly select which one it would like to use when the bluetooth connects. Even if I was just listening to google music, when the bluetooth connects, the phone will automatically switch to the stock player (even though last time I was in the car I was using google music).
Sometimes I'll be listening to google music, and when I change the song it will revert to the stock player. How to make it so that the music always stops when bluetooth disconnects? The music player will randomly keep playing or pause when I turn the car off. I want it to always pause. This seems to be affected by random music programs being installed (even when not in use) such as spotify or iheartradio.
