May 10, 2012I have Nokia E7, and recently I noticed that whenever I connect this phone to PC either it doesn't detect by the PC, or it detects and within a minute it again disconnected(that message comes in notification area).Nokia suite givs message E7 connected and whenever I want to something file transfer or sync within a minute or so it automatically get disconnected.I can see that in USB cable mode connection the light blinks and charging is ongoing, but nowhere in my PC I can see the "E7". This is started just two weeks back, I uninstall everythign, again reinstall nokia suite, pc connectivity software again everything. but no result.I just want to access my phone in Nokia suite mode and want to access my files. If I put my phone into "Mass storage or media transfer mode" I have seen charging has stopped and my phone not detected by the PC.

Jan 2, 2010My E71 keeps connecting to the in internet via mobile 02 everynight automatically(strangely always around 2 mins past midnight) Its cost me sixty pounds over the last 2 months. I've uninstalled most of my downloads incase one of them was automatically connecting for updates but this has made no difference. The other night I switched the phone off at midnight but it still connected when I turned it back on. I've rung 02 and they've said it must be to do with a setting on the phone

Dec 15, 2010I use nokia e71 and recently I had installed Whatsapp application. But since it kept draining the battery, I deleted it by highlighting the application and pressing the delete button.It was successful in removing the application but then unfortunately the wifi icon on the top is always on.Does this mean my wifi is always on? Or that icon which looks like "four squares" (vaguely similar to the windows logo, loosley speaking) stands for something else?

Dec 9, 2011I really bought this phone because of the WiFi capability and now im so frustrated. 50% of the time i can connect to my router at home and the remaining time i get the message:
"browser unable to connect to website"
I dont understand what is happening. I tried resetting the router and the phone and nothing works. My nokia 5530 works on it without a problem and my friends use other devices on it without a problem (tablet, cell, laptops)

Mar 17, 2012Just updated my E6 to belle, I waited for update to be available in Slovenia. Now I have nice phone, not a smart phone. I did reset the phone several times.
Now I have problems:
1. connecting to WIFI, my phone finds my wifi network, I can connect to it, but soon the connection is lost and when I try to connect again - it finds the same network - market as unknown, (it does not remember the wepkey,
2. browsing the internet - problem because loosing connection to wifi network.
3. setting gmail only through wifi - I can set it up, when trying to download any mails, I get a notice- mobile connection is unavailable, but I cannot set it to connect via wifi - as I had it set with Anna.
4. connection settings for phone and apps - I have less settings, cannot set it as I could with Anna.

Dec 11, 2011My E7 connects to the wifi smoothly but it last only for a minute though wifi icon on the top shows its connected. I need to manually update all my homescreen widgets, Nimbuzz or any other online app disconnects in the background mode, even while browsing, if idle for a minute it gets disconnected, i have to refresh my wifi connection after every minute.!!
