I am facing problem message tone not working either vibration after restart the cell its working perfectly but after few hours same problem again come messege tone not ringing ...
I have seen same solved topic threads on this forum but I am not able to find permanent solution. some guys said do hard reset I have done this but same problem exist.

Oct 3, 2011E72 suddenly does not vibrate or gives out a tone upon receiving a SMS.I checked the profile I used and the vibration and message tone were checked.I tried restoring the phone to factory settings but the problem still persist.Not sure where the problem lies though. When people call me, my phone does vibrate and the ring tone plays.

Aug 24, 2011whenever i receive messages on my e72 phone.....at first i will be able to hear the message tone but after a while i wont be able to hear the message tone. Then wen i switch off and switch on my phone, i wil be able to hear my tone back. So i thought at first that it might be a software problem....so i updated my software to 071.004....so far it was working fine and now sdnly its back to how it used to be....has anyone faced a similar problem to mine?
