Aug 18, 2012I recently brought the new 9320. I have the basic San Disk memory card which come with the Blackberry. Also as soon as I brought the phone I downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Support software. The desktop software and the storage options on the phone both say that I have a 14.4MB remaining on the phone storage and 1.4GB remaining on my memory card. When I attempt to download apps on the phone through my Wi-Fi it says that there is not enough space remaining. I assume that the phone only attempts to download the app to the device memory. Is there a way that I can get the phone to automatically download the app directly to my memory card? Or is there some other problem which is stopping me downloading apps?

Jun 10, 2012I have just got a new BB curve 9320,7.1 bundle 1319 (v7.1.0.398, platform 9.49.0.31I am on a monthly 3 contract. I wish to set up my private and business email accounts. When I go into Setup, Email Accounts I am on a screen that says "no accounts activated" and it has a setup screen for activating an Enterprise Account.I contacted 3 and they told me I need a contract add on for internet & email which I duly purchased, I spent an hour last night on the phone with the 3 tech team trying to set up the email account. He took me through the process of registering the host routing table and now I have a new symbol on the screen (4 dots)but it still didn't change my email setup options. He kept saying I should have 2 choices on my screen to either set up my own email account or activate an enterprise account - which I don't.
Eventually my 3 tech guy contacted Blackberry who said that he would need to pay for support which he declined so now I have a new Blackberry Curve 9320 which I can't & 3 tech support can't get to setup my email accounts.

Jan 13, 2011When trying to upload new Ovi maps, I get a message that my memory card is full. Checking memory card properties (on the computer) shows enough space and OVI reports:
Your device's memory card is full. free some memory. Amount of memory required: 648 MB, amount of memory currently available: 817 MB.
I updated my OVI Suite software (to 3.0.0.284) and the software on my E52 (to 052.003). I first tried to upload one map and it reported full memory. Then I tried to update existing maps and got the message above. Then I deleted ALL maps and tried to upload ONE map and again there was not enough memory..

Apr 27, 2010About a month ago I bought the Nokia 5800 as I wanted the free Sat Nav, I have version 3.01 on the phone, when I phoned Nokia about something else I asked them about version 3.03 and they told me I could not install this until I had used all the days of my 10 free trial, then I was to ring them again and they would help install it for me, after 55 minutes on the phone we had no joy, so I decided to try myself and did it first time. Now the question I need answered with your help is, I am going to Italy in June and when I open the GPS (offline) it works fine in the UK where I live, and when I input the town Pisa, Italy it finds it on the maps, does this mean that the Sat Nav will work in Italy or is this just a map?
When you download version 3.03 does it download all the maps?Also is there anyway I can find out which maps I have on the phone?

Sep 20, 2010I am currently in a South American country called Guyana, and the service provider for Blackberry here is named Digicel. However, when I try to download ANY software (OS firmware, Desktop software) from the Blackberry site, I get the following error:
Downloads of this software are not yet available in your country due to regulatory reasons. Please check back for future availability.
Digicel has a number of outlets based in Guyana, and Guyana has not threatened to ban Blackberry service in this country, so I would like to know what is causing this error, and how it can be resolved. I know the downloads are being blocked due to my IP, which is showing as belonging to Guyana.

Nov 3, 2011I recently bought a nokia E7 (Blue) US Version but I am using it in Canada. I updated it to Symbian Anna and so on. Everytime I try to add new maps from the cell phone itself it says (downloading list, please wait) this takes FOREVER, then i try to do it by nokia ovi suite, well that is even worse, sometimes it says THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH CONNECTING THE ONLINE MAPS, sometimes it says some crazy errors (COULDNT CONNECT TO THE SERVICE, ETCC). I deleted the E:/cities folder + QF file, I opened the Ovi map apps and they got restored and so on but still nothing happens. Is there any other way to add some map I mean MANUALLY? I need the USA and Canada map, (voice guidande male us), I read some discussion from Ovikudy on how to do it manually but i need theses files.
BTW, I regret buying this Nokia E7 big time I should have listened to my friends and go to ANDROID. I know nokia is killing symbian but please fix those MAP serverS.
