Jan 21, 2012i have a nokia c6-01 brought 4 months ago. one day i noticed that the camera flash is lit when my phone was in my pocket. no apps were running, no camera, no recorder, no flashlights etc. it started to occure once in a while. i tried resetting and reinstalling the os. installed all the latest updates, but the problem wont go away!!. even when no 3rd party apps are present. the flash lights up spontaneously and stays on until i switch off the phone. i dont get much free time these days to visit a nokia care center.

Mar 31, 2010I bought a Nokia N79 new handset from Nokia Prority Dealer and after two months LCD stopped working. Being in warranty, I got it replaced by Nokia Care. Now, sometimes the external speakers of the mobile phone stop working and for the same, I went to Nokia care 3 times (infact, this happened thrice) they rectified it, but it has started again. My phone is still in warranty but I am afraid that once the warranty is over, they will start charging for the service. Is there any way to get a new phone from Nokia ?

Jan 20, 2012I DON'T want anything but NOKIA for my too-many-sim-problem (4 phones carrying at this time!).Bought C2-00 recently hopeing that I will be happyer with my 2 bussines number's (from 2 countries) being able to conect to Parrot CK3100 car-kit. But happines was premature, since C2-00 was unable to deliver decent sound level (I CAN NOT HEAR WHAT PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF PHONE CONNECTION R SAYNIG!, changde first C2-00 for another one, also bought sim-free with original Nokia 2-year warranty) thru pre-built-in speakers in my Skoda Octavia. But in exactly same car with exactly same car-kit with exactly same settings and exactly same volume level my Nokia X6 or my Nokia N8 or my Nokia C5-00 deliver flawless volume level coming from people I'm talking to.
Btw same two C2-00 also delivered VERY -VERY poor volume level thru earpiece-speaker, and when I turned d volume up it was like my speaker-phone was ON (which in every situation was not) - everybody around me could clearly hear what was the other person whom I was talking to said.

Now after the update the Nokia Mail does not open anymore. When I push the Mail-button on my C3-00 it shows "opening mail" and then NOKIA "Loading Mail", the white screen with the yellow envelope. But then nothing happens anymore. The screen stays this way FOREVER. It does not freeze, I can exit the application YES/or NO.
