Cseries :: Nokia C7 Lost Messages After Nokia Belle Update?
Mar 11, 2012I performed updated from Anna to Belle today for my girlfriend on Nokia C7. I synchronized contacts, calendar and notes via iSync on my Mac OS. After update all messages are erased and she had important information there. I read in trouble shooting, that:: What should I do if the automatic restore of my phones content doesnâ work after I did the update to Nokia Belle and I dont see my contacts, calendar, bookmarks, etc.?A: The backup of your phone content is stored under C:Users[username]DocumentsNokia SuiteBackups and includes "Nokia_Belle_Update" in the filename. If the automatic restore doesn't work, you can try to restore your contents manually by opening the "Tools menu" in Nokia Suite and selecting "Restore".
I installed Ovi Suite on Mac and downloaded extra support for C7, but I couldn't restore that information. She never installed Ovi Suite on her PC. My question is: is she installs Ovi Suite for PC on her laptop, will she be able to restore old messages? I recently switched to Belle as well on my Nokia N8, but I'm not that crazy about old messages, so I haven't noticed it. I checked on my phone using Files disk C, but there wasn't any folders with my username.

Sep 4, 2011I got my Noki C3-00 end of last year and I absolutely love it. Tody I updated it - it came up with V 04.60, before it was V 03..something...
Now after the update the Nokia Mail does not open anymore. When I push the Mail-button on my C3-00 it shows "opening mail" and then NOKIA "Loading Mail", the white screen with the yellow envelope. But then nothing happens anymore. The screen stays this way FOREVER. It does not freeze, I can exit the application YES/or NO.

Oct 4, 2010I just procured my Nokia C6 3 days ago, and to be honest I am not able to use it. It hangs numerous times a day and the only way out is to disconnect the battery and plug it again.

Nov 30, 2010I bought a Nokia C3-00 on 4th November,2010 on around 28th Nov. I made some calls to my brother, his name is Shathi, and we spoke properly.. After disconnecting the call I wanted to delete all my call log but the Shathi log was not deleted... then I tried to do it its giving " Invalid Selection" I tried changing the name to Shathu but still that Shathi is coming...
