I have bought a new phone, but I would like to somehow store a few hundred of texts! Mainly as they will form part of a court case later on and they are 'evidence'....Ideally, I would like to store them on my PC, but I don't think this can be done?Unfortunately they are stored on the phone itself and I cant seem to copy them to the SIM, and besides, the new phone uses the mini-sims anyway.

When I call it just says their is no service at this number. I know I have service because I can send texts to other people and call other people. My phone is a Nokia C3 also.

Has anybody else noticed that the Razr Maxx wont separate the texts into multiple texts if you go over 160? I didnt notice it until I did it the other night, and got a sending error. I could have sworn in the past there was an option for this.

Is text messaging. If I try to send an outgoing text at the same time that one is incoming it will not send the outgoing message. It will struggle for about 30 seconds to 1 minute (or even more) and eventually time out with a 'text was not sent' error message. For someone like me who sends thousands of texts a month it's the most annoying thing ever! Other phones do not have this problem.
Also the time stamp for texts does not work if the phone is powered off. For example: I turn my phone off at midnight and someone sends me a text at 1:00 AM. I turn my phone back on at 8AM. The text arrives but does not have the correct time stamp as being sent at 1:00 AM. It will be shown as 8AM. So I have no idea what time the message was actually sent. Once again other phones I have used did not have this problem.
when I make a call it immediately says "call ended/closed" and when I enter *110# I get this message: Connections problems or invalid MMI-code.When I restart my phone, maybe repeting that process like 10 times then I can send/recieve calls/texts, but only for a brief moment.Before it wasn't as bad... I always got the Connection problem message after a I've made a phone call. But now it is bugging me 24/7.I have resetted my phone, I've even upgraded it. i got my xepira not long ago and to be honest im disappionted and im thinking of taking it back as i never get any of my texts and the ones i do get are merged from the ones i recieved ages ago and ive looked at websites to see if i can find whats wrong with it and whether its the sim card or not.i also keep getting the lost texts coming through all at once and its ridiculous. can anyone tell me whats wrong and whether i should just get a new phone?

View 5 Replies View RelatedToday my Blackberry Curve 8310 deleted all of my received text messages. It also did this (deleted the all of the received messages) about 2 days ago. I don't know why or what keeps happening. I will go to look at a text message and they will all be gone. Only the incoming texts are deleted, the outgoing/sent ones always remain and so do emails. I have lost a ton of important, irreplaceable texts (including those which had pictures attached). This keeps occurring for no apparent reason. When this happens I hadn't turned my phone off or taken the battery out.
I have my setting as follows under Inbox: Options; General Options: Keep Message Forever.

I can send them, and people recieve them, but when people text me, I don't get their texts.I have put my sim card into another phone, and have been able to recieve texts perfectly.HOWEVER. I have resolved this issue once, I was reccomended to do a factory reset on my phone. I sent well wishes to people that night and received a barrage of responses about 8-12 hours later. Even when I text myself nothing happens. I've tried reflashing, playing with every setting I could and nothing.
The only way I can force them to me in is by dialing voicemail and texting myself while the call is active. THEN it works. I get my text immediately and whatever's been waiting in queue.
The first 6 months with the G3 were fine but lately I'm not receiving like 5% of my texts. The ones im not getting are from various users. I'll get the first 5 texts from them, then I'll miss one. No problem sending. I swapped the SIM and did a few FDR and still haven't cleared the issue.

I send emojis in a text, I can see them and so can the person receiving them. However, when they send emojis to me, I cannot see them, it just comes up as '??'. I have changed the input mode and tried all 3 modes (GSM alphabet, unicode and automatic) but none of them work. My Android version is 5.1.1 ....
View 7 Replies View RelatedI just recently made the transition from a Lumia 1020 Windows 8.1 phone to an S6. I have a 2010 Ford Focus with the Ford Sync system.
On my 1020, when connected to Bluetooth, I was able to have my texts read to me over my speakers and reply via hands free. I cannot for the life of me however get the S6 to replicate this behavior.
I can get the car to recognize texts, but they come across the text messaging system, which requires manipulation of the stereo, and response isn't entirely hands free.
I've tried using multiple suggestions, but haven't found anything that works. Is exist Android to work out of the box like my 1020 and my wife's iPhone 6+
I can get Bluetooth audio, but no hands free. I drive 60+ miles on a work commute. I've tried 3rd party apps, but they were slowing down my system and draining battery life horribly.
