I have noticed ALOT of texts that are sent to my BB Curve are not coming through. Even tho I know the senders sent the text.
Is there a app like the one shown here: [URL]..That automatically detects texts and send them via email even tho they may not of came through on my phone?
For me I'm missing the sound on/off function on the LOCK bar, having the camera there instead is pointless in my opinion.

I would like to know whether there is any way to get miscalls notification with sound. I know that the LED will blink to keep me notified but I need a notification tone. I will explain what I need.When I have a missed call on my phone I should be notified with a notification tone at specific intervals till I attend to the notification.Is there any default way on Xperia to do this or is there any software available for this.

I have a MESSAGES folder in my screen when I hit the menu button and in this folder, my missed calls, my bberry messenger (contact my contact by text), and my email is synchd.There as well as in my chosen home screen folders. I understand my email being sent there but my missed calls go to that folder only as well as some of the messenger texts as I stated. I have to hit the menu button, then open a message folder with a mixture of different types of messages and then I have to search for my missed calls and messenger texts in a mix of email. Why are missed calls going there and my messenger text?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've noticed lately that Nexus 5 won't notify emails while being asleep on wifi. It seems like n5 drops wifi connection after being asleep for a while.. Because like for example i have to run Skype all the time and the phone is asleep and on wifi i wake it up Skype status icon appears Offline and after 5 seconds being awake the status icon turn Online. At first i though it was Skype's bug but it seems like it affects the whole OS.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI was having problems with the Canadian dictionary, I wanted to remove miss spelled words I accidentally added. Funny I got it! There is a bit of a bug so I thought I would past anyway. While there are no added words under Language Settings > User dictionary (if you are using the Canadian dictionary) you get this message - "You do not have words in your dictionary you can add words through the menu" but if you switch to the US Dictionary you will find he words that have been added. Note. I use the predictive text as a spell checker and I am impressed. Got to settings > Language & input >configure input methods > Settings > change Auto correction to aggressive. Only issue is added words are not added to the default language dictionary but the US one.

Has anybody else noticed that the Razr Maxx wont separate the texts into multiple texts if you go over 160? I didnt notice it until I did it the other night, and got a sending error. I could have sworn in the past there was an option for this.

Is text messaging. If I try to send an outgoing text at the same time that one is incoming it will not send the outgoing message. It will struggle for about 30 seconds to 1 minute (or even more) and eventually time out with a 'text was not sent' error message. For someone like me who sends thousands of texts a month it's the most annoying thing ever! Other phones do not have this problem.
Also the time stamp for texts does not work if the phone is powered off. For example: I turn my phone off at midnight and someone sends me a text at 1:00 AM. I turn my phone back on at 8AM. The text arrives but does not have the correct time stamp as being sent at 1:00 AM. It will be shown as 8AM. So I have no idea what time the message was actually sent. Once again other phones I have used did not have this problem.
I use Sprint and everytime I miss a call the Messages icon appears and does not disappear until I open the messages folder and open the missed call message. This is incredibly annoying for me, as I usually just press the send key and see what calls I have missed. Doing this does not clear the messages icon or notification.
I really dont need missed calls sent to Messages, the only reason I ever use the Messages folder is to clear the icon from my screen.Can anyone help me either disable this icon or alter what is sent to Messages?
when I make a call it immediately says "call ended/closed" and when I enter *110# I get this message: Connections problems or invalid MMI-code.When I restart my phone, maybe repeting that process like 10 times then I can send/recieve calls/texts, but only for a brief moment.Before it wasn't as bad... I always got the Connection problem message after a I've made a phone call. But now it is bugging me 24/7.I have resetted my phone, I've even upgraded it. Mainly as they will form part of a court case later on and they are 'evidence'....Ideally, I would like to store them on my PC, but I don't think this can be done?Unfortunately they are stored on the phone itself and I cant seem to copy them to the SIM, and besides, the new phone uses the mini-sims anyway.

i got my xepira not long ago and to be honest im disappionted and im thinking of taking it back as i never get any of my texts and the ones i do get are merged from the ones i recieved ages ago and ive looked at websites to see if i can find whats wrong with it and whether its the sim card or not.i also keep getting the lost texts coming through all at once and its ridiculous. can anyone tell me whats wrong and whether i should just get a new phone?

View 5 Replies View RelatedToday my Blackberry Curve 8310 deleted all of my received text messages. It also did this (deleted the all of the received messages) about 2 days ago. I don't know why or what keeps happening. I will go to look at a text message and they will all be gone. Only the incoming texts are deleted, the outgoing/sent ones always remain and so do emails. I have lost a ton of important, irreplaceable texts (including those which had pictures attached). This keeps occurring for no apparent reason. When this happens I hadn't turned my phone off or taken the battery out.
I have my setting as follows under Inbox: Options; General Options: Keep Message Forever.

I've removed the battery a few times and it does nothing. I seem to be able to open other texts, but not ones sent on Rogers (Samsung Galaxy phone).
