There are two or more phones of you and your family, blackberry, windows mobile phone, or others. While these phones support different video and audio formats, WMV, 3GP, AVI, etc. Have you ever thought that there will be a program that can help you rip Blu-ray and DVD to all the formats supported by different phones? i have a htc hd7 i can't watch online movies or play online games because it needs adobe flash player but its not in marketplace i try downloading it directly to the phone but dose not support it.
Searching the internet and some say that it is a format issue and I should buy a converter, it is not a format issue since the same file will play on the network drive but not on the S5 network card.
When I purchase a movie through Google play it won't work and I get the error code 2147483648. The trailers play fine and I've tried all the suggested things like clearing the cache.
I have purchased several movies and paid for the digital copies which now reside on computer. The phone says to redownload or sync but then prompts me that these files are protected digital files again. I have legally purchased the digital copy and wish to watch them on the phone, why will it not play them?
How do I get movies from the phone to play on a TV? Do I need a special type apple cable or can I use an audio jack out w/ 2 audios and video cable to input on TV?
I just upgraded my phone to a Samsung Reality and have a couple of questions. I was at the t-mobile store and saw the new Samsung phone that comes pre-loaded with Avatar, and that got me thinking, Can the Samsung Reality play movies if I can find a way to load them on an SD card?
I record a movie with my iphone 4S. No problems there, I can watch them on the phone. I transfer them to iphoto 11 (v9.2.2) and they wont play. I hear the audio but I see a frozen screen. Now I drag the movies to my desktop and they play perfectly with quicktime. (When I transfer movies from my flip camera, they play in iphoto with no issues.) What to do to be able to watch iphone 4 movies in iphoto?
Info: MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3), 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB DDR3
I've hooked everything up properly. Movies play just fine from my iPad2 but when I try and play a movie that I loaded onto my iPhone the tv just says "no signal". Movie plays fine on the phone itself. I even plugged phone into power source thinking maybe the phone didn't have enough power to play a movie on tv. Still "no signal". I'm on vacation and hoped to watch a couple of movies.
Just curious, but have any of you run into this same problem or found a solution? I frequently have used (in the past) my iPhones to store videos or movies to take on the road with the family instead of bringing DVD's for the trip.  On every version of iPhone I have owned this was feasible. Not with the iPhone5 though. All i get is the audio now.
I've tried converting them to mpeg, but that didn't work. My Canon SX40HS outpuuts AVCHD lite video, but none of the Android movie players I've tried so far will play them. have a recommendation for native AVCHD Lite video players?
Sorry if this was asked before.I am trying to Convert some of my movies from avi to mp4 to play on the mobile and wish to ask you the following. What would be the optimal settings (of the following) for the 5530 with it's 360 x 640 pixels and 16:9 aspect ratio:
1) Video Size, should it be same as screen resolution or something like 320x240?
2) Frame rate, should it be 30 or is 15 good enough?
3) Should i set the aspect ratio to 16:9 or leave it intact?
4) Change the bitrate or leave it as it is?
I could leave them in avi but each of them ranges from 600 mb to 4 gb.I am looking for good to excellent video quality and average to small size.
My son got this a few days ago and he wants to put his favorite movie on his phone, so he can watch it on long trips. Is this possible and if so what format do i need to convert the movie into?
After my update to 3.2 I am unable to play any movies from my gallery that are .mp4 or .m4v format that worked before. When you click on a movie the Screen Fades but nothing plays.
no where on Moto's site, AT&T's site, or anywhere else can I find the actual pixel count of the display.I'm trying to encode movies that will play well at full screen in Entertainment center but I need to know the max. width before I can do it.Why would this spec not be readily available on Moto's page?
I'm getting ready to go on an airplane trip and planning on taking a couple of movies to watch on my iPhone 3Gs. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions: 1. Is the HD movies worth renting or is it just better to rent/buy the non-HD? 2. Will the iPhone last the entire movie without being connected to a charger?
I have it set up on my PC where I have 3 folders shared. I have a Movies folder, I have a TV Shows folder, and I have a Mixsets folder. I like to listen to DJ mixsets that can be rather large, anywhere from 50MB to 150MB in size. I can access my movies/tv shows off my PC at home just fine when I'm on a wireless network. I just go into Gallery>MotoCast and there i have my TV shows in one folder and Movies in another folder. The folder I named Dj Mixsets does not show up in either Gallery or Music app. That's fine cause when I go to the Files app, I can see all three folders on my PC. From there, I can still access my TV Shows and Movies just fine. But when I try to listen to any of the mixsets, it says Cannot connect to network, please try again. This is weird cause the Droid shows my home PC as "Online". Is it because the music files are really large that it won't play? MotoCast can play larger size video files no problem.
I have two laptops by HP with Windows 7. I am using them as development machines. On one I can connect the playbook but on the other one I cannot connect it. It always goes into driver installation mode. No matter how many times I have reinstalled the driver, it doesn't detect the playbook. WiFi connection works though. The USB connection fails.

Even though I have downloaded latest software 4.5 and have turned off wireless synch, I cannot get my windows 7 contacts from Windows Live to upload to my device..I have gone through all of the help topics on the desktop software to no avail?
I have copied several windows media files to my blackberry but the phone says that they are unsupported. These are my video files. Is there an application that can play windows media files on the blackberry. Or is there an application I can use to convert windows media files to the file compatible with blackberry?
