My Blackberry has started beeping every 28 seconds for no apparent reason. I've already tried to remove my battery when the divice was on for a minute but it didn't solve my problem.
I have a lot of contacts stored that can't be found with the search field. Even though I can see a name on the list of contacts, when I type in that persons name in the search box, I get nothing. What am I missing? The same is true when I go to call someone. I know that the contact is in my list. But I cannot get the number to come up when I start typing in the first or the last name.
I have an 8700g Blackberry phone and I mistakenly downloaded an application that is only supported by software version 4.0 or greater. ( my phone had software version 2.2? ) . I had to replace the battery today and when I put in the new battery, it tried to start up but the red light comes on and the hourglass flashes on and off but after two hours it will still not start up. What should I do?

I have an Iphone 4s and notice that sometimes when I am on a call it will beep as if someone is trying to call in. Now, their is noway to switch the call over because apparently no one is truly calling! The beep just sounds as if someone is calling in on call waiting and even has the hanging up series of beeps.

I would like my iPhone NOT to beep when I get a new email. I don't use the Mail app, and the Mail app is disabled in the Notifications menu.I do NOT want to disable ALL notifications, and I need my phone to be able to send emails from Camera and other apps, so I don't want to disconnect email. I just want it to stop notifying me of every single new email. If it matters, I use gmail and access my mail with Safari, not the Mail app. To reiterate, I have already excluded the Mail app from my Notifications center.
My wife has the Storm 1 and I upgraded the OS to 5.0 (The official version on the Verizon network). The problem is that when she locks her phone it will still beep like crazy if a button or screen is pressed. This happens alot when it is in her purse. With the older OS you could press the lock button twice and it would prevent the beeping maddness. With 5.0 you can't or we have not figured it out.
Since yesterday i'm facing this problem - when i insert my headset/headphones to my blackberry it continously beeps and when i play the audio files some come good and others are very squeaky. I've swtiched off my phone couple of times and also removed my battery with no luck.
I have recently been using car chargers (direct connect and a wireless version) with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and noticed a beeping noise while the phone is charging. This is really annoying while listening to music or Audible as the audio cuts out, beeps, and then audio continues. Also the screen turns on at the same time of the beep.
I charged my Samsung Galaxy S2, and when I took the phone charger out the phone startet beeping and this message keeps popping up "charging paused, voltage too high".
Is it possible to turn off Skype beeping sound whenever a message is being sent over? It gets quite annoying to keep hearing the beeping sound whenever I enter a message to send. I don't mind hearing the beep if I receive a message though.
When I conference call, by dialling other parties, the other parties hear a constant beeping during the call. Is there something I can do to get rid of beeping?
My iPhone 5 screen has been cracked for a few weeks but worked fine. Yesterday the screen went black but Siri still worked. When I plugged it in to charge, it started beeping as if i were constantly unplugging it then plugging it back in. At first the screen would light up even though it was black but now the screen wont light up at all. I ordered a new screen to replace it but now I am thinking that it is more than the screen. I plugged it in to my computer and it doesn't recognize it at all. Use the same cord to plug it back in to the wall and it starts beeping again.
I am getting beeping sounds through the ear piece while trying to make or recieve a call. This as been happening for the past two weeks, I've gone through the usual resets and at one point it reset itself but the problem persists
i have problem with my nokia x6 that i purchased last week. whenever i try and make a call, there is a constant beeping coming from the handset, also if i try and change the volume it goes either all the way down (if i press down volume key) or all the way up (if i press up volume key).
When I'm on the phone with someone - anyone, regardless of locaton - I hear intermitent "beeping" sounds on my end of the phone. These are not system sounds or calendar alerts, they sound a little bit like feedback or R2D2 sounds. They come and go but sometimes they are totally annoying. I have asked the people I'm talking to whether or not they can hear the sounds, and they have reported that they can not. I called Verizon and they said they had never heard of this problem before.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything that can be done about it?
One annoying issue with the G3 is that it will beep when the battery is full and often continue beeping every so often. It's quite annoying. I have my phone set to silent at night to avoid this behavior. Is the G4 plagued with the same issue?
I want to disable only the beeping sound when you plug it in to charge. I don't want to turn the volume down or sounds entirely off because I use alarms in other non iOS apps which are too soft if I simply adjust the overall sound effects levels (so please don't bother to recommend that). I just don't like that one noise, sounds like a squeal of pain and is unnecessarily loud.
I just got a Motorola Elite Sliver headset, and it won't stop beeping. I get four quick beeps, then silence for about thirty seconds, then the beeps again. It does this whether it is paired with anything or not. it will stop during a call or listening to music, but when nothing is going on, the beeping kicks in.
