BB Software :: Unable To Retrieve Full Contact Screen By Clicking

Recently I discovered that when I navigate to a particular contact (it just happens to be the people I talk, email, text with most often) their information doesn't open up when I click on the trackpad.This only seems to be happening with specific contacts and not the majority of people in my address book.At this point I can only get my frequent contact's specific information (phone numbers, email addresses etc) by clicking the trackpad to find their contact name, clicking again on the menu key (I cannot click view either) and then selecting email, call, sms, mms etc and only then can I do the specific task.This is a new problem so I'm wondering if I've turned off some feature on my frequent contacts when I updated my FAcebook app on my phone.

i've been noticing that while I'm on apps such as Facebook or Instagram that my phone will start clicking on people's profiles, liking posts, or clicking links unprovoked. I thought maybe it was a problem with the apps, but I started noticing it happening whike sending a text the phone will click on suggested words by itself, and even if I'm just on the home screen apps will open on their own.

I got a replacement iPhone due to battery issues a couple weeks ago and ever since then my contacts pictures only come up very small in the top right corner of my screen if I receive a call. On my last phone, the contact picture took up the whole screen.I did some research and it seems that this is caused from syncing your contacts and their pictures onto your phone instead of adding them from your phone manually. I assume that I synced them with my Gmail and them Gmail put them back onto my new phone and this is what messed them up.Anybody know how I can remove all my contacts pictures and then re-sync them with Facebook? Or any other type of workaround?

I have the 4s and my carrier is Verizon. When someone calls me their picture shows up on the screen on the top right in a very small box. Is there way to make it the full screen? I'm thinking this is only Verizon? My boyfriend has AT&T and his contact picture shows up full screen when someone calls him.

does OS7 have an option for displaying a screen full of contact photos that you can select to dial the person? I've had this on other smartphones but can't see how to do it on my OS7 torch.It's like speed dial with pictures.

iPhone 3GS with 4 GM and google exchange.
When I add a pic to a contact from my iPhone it is full screen but after a few calls it reverts back to the small thumbnail size.
Any way to fix is so it stays fullscreen?

I just got the Sony Xperia Z3 about a week ago. My contacts have repeatedly simply disappeared from the phone. It happened again just now. I clicked the contacts icon, and I could see the contacts rapidly disappear, and now I am only left with:

My daughter recently upgraded her Blackberry and gave me her old 8900 after she had transferrred all data to her new phone. She was on a Vodaphone contract.I removed my Pay-as-you-go sim card from my old Motarola and fitted it, everything fine, 8900 up and running. All my contacts appeared but when I go to add or edit a contact , I cannot enter the Add Contact screen, I can open any of the contacts (edit dos'nt work either) but cannot open said Add Contact screen!!

So my replacement iPhone 4 clicks when I tap the right side of the screen. I took off my Wrapsol to make sure it wasn't the screen protector. After testing my dad's iPhone 4, I realized the screen or back plate of mine must've been loose.
I immediately booked an appointment at the genius bar for tonight. So I go there and wait awhile for a genius to help me. One finally comes and he asks what the problem is. I explain it to him and he holds the phone and starts tapping it. He does hear the clicking sound and then hands it back to me. He says there will be a software fix coming soon. At this point, I was like "wait... what the heck are you talking about? It's a hardware problem" He claimed it was a software issue and told me not to worry about it. Since it was past 9pm at this point, I decided to not escalate this in some stupid way. I'm just going to call Applecare in the morning. Turns out some of these Apple geniuses aren't geniuses at all.
Before someone says the clicking came from the speakers, I'm completely sure they did not.

1 month ago I had my carrier send me a new blackberry since my old one kept freezing on me. With that said, all I did to my new phone was put in my old sim card, multi-media card and the battery. Usually in the past when I received a new phone, I would get a new pin# for my bbm. I recently added new contacts to my list and today I decided to back up my phone and up load my previous phone #'s from my desktop. i then checked my phone and realized that my phone screen changed with everything else. So long story short, how can i retrieve my recent bbm contacts?

I bought Lumia 800 couple days ago and was very satisfied. But now i have a problem. When i tap on screen on top right corner area screen produces clicking sound. It's not software issue, it seems that display is not mounted properly. It occurs even when phone is powered off. Anybody else having this problem? Should I request a new unit? I didn't bought it from a store but from local reseller so i don't know if he'll be willing to replace it for me. Maybe it's my imagination but it looks like typing on that area is slightly unprecise.
I am providing video for you to hear. Noise is from computer fans but it should be enough for you to hear the clicking on screen

I have a 9530 storm that I purchased two months ago, It worked quite fine until a few weeks ago. It started double clicking and freezing at the same time. For example, lets say i want to enter the sms option, i would click it, but clock would open instead. Also if i try to scroll up or down, there will be no response....... This is quite annoying to me because i am trying to run a business using the phone as a communication medium. I read a million forums all saying to check memory, close apps etc but its a fairly new phone, i have no second gen apps, and internal memory of 41mb, so im baffled.

I rmb someone else reported this but I can't find the post. who else had this problem? the left side of my touchscreen when closed has a gap now with the keyboard to the point where if i press on the touchscreen, it will depress and "click".it's getting really annoying and i'm trying to "bend" the slider back so it doesn't but obviously that doens't help.

My Iphone 6 is making a clicking noise on the screen when you press on it near the volume buttons and i do t know what to do. I never dropped the phone and i do have a case on it. It is not bent at all. Just one day someone called me and when i put the phone on my check i heard it click. First i thought it was the case so i took it off but u still heard the sound Should i take it to an Apple Store ?

Hearing clicking like button on the right side of the screen beside the power button and volume up, down button. I tried to push a little harder on the screen and it seems its under the screen. But the screens is fine when its on no issue ot whatever. But its annoying hearing those click when you push the screen a little harder.. I tried to remove the back case to be sure its not the power/volume button that I'm hearing.

I seem to have lost some contact information. Though many of my contacts are still intact, others no longer show a secondary phone number I once entered, or some contacts seem to have disappeared completely.The strange thing is, when I dial one of the "lost" numbers manually, the contact's name does show up! But I can't find it in the list of contacts. I have already checked and unchecked the Business and Personal options in the filter menu, but that didn't do the trick.Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?note: this problem is not my own - I'm asking for a friend of mine

Recently my Storm2 has been clicking alot louder than its supposed to. Sometimes it will click normal, others it will click like 5 times as loud. It sounds like something under the screen might be loose. The clicking almost has a squeak to it. Anyone else have an issue like this? It doesn't happen all the time. It comes in bursts maybe a few times a day and lasts for awhile each time before going back to normal click. Its starting to get really irritating.

So just today for some reason on the right side of my screen about 3/4 of the way down (basically the backspace button) it started clicking multiple times when I only want once. It feels like its clicking 3 or 4 times and it has never done this before. I'm running .451 and have been for a week or two now. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and could possibly know what is causing it.

Ever since I got my 1020 a few weeks ago, there has been a problem where it will start ghost clicking/switching menus on its own. This can happen for several seconds or sometimes won't stop until you power the screen off. Sometimes it will get to the phone menu and call people on its own which is a big problem. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it and happens several times a day.
I bought the phone 'like new', so there is no warranty obviously. I don't think it had ever been used before however because there were zero marks/scratches and it was totally spotless when I received it, so it can't be misuse from the previous owner.
