BB Software :: BIS Not Working HRT Empty Phone Will Not Registe?

I bought the new Onyx 9700 and put my sim card in it. When I try to register the phone through the HRT i don't receive anything back. The hrt stays blank. I do have all the service books since I restored my backup from my previous phone to this one. So the phone works right now only as a normal phone would (making/receiving calls, mms, sms), but the DATA service does not work. my network stays on edge instead of EDGE.What should I do?

I used to store all texts in memory card. Yesterday as usual I tried to open the msg frm my frnd and suddenly the phone freezed. I had to remove the battery and put it back to make phone working, but then I was shocked to see that inbox was empty! I'm confused as what would've been wrong. I had around 5000+ texts. Is that a reason or could it be a virus?

A couple days ago my phone started acting dumb, it says my phone memory is full but i dont have anything on it, its all on my memory card. So when i get messages i cant recieve them because it says my phone memory is full that i have to delete some data and i check my phone memory and it says i have 1528 kb of messages used but i dont have any

I just reset the settings of my phone thinking there could've been a virus or something but I can't delete several messages that appears but got no info at all. I can't read it neither delete it.

It gives me the message There was a problem syncing this folder please try again later. This has gone on for days. I tried turning sync off and on a few times and restarted my phone. No go.

Whenenever I plug my phone in to my laptop to charge, the folders I created on the phone are immediately emptied. To be clear, the programs stille exist on the phone. It's just that the folders get emptied of nearly all of their contents.
It happens as soon as I plug the phone into the computer with the ethernet cord--it doesn't matter if I transfer any data.
Also, this problem does not happen when I charge the phone via an electrical outlet. It only happens when connecting my phone via the laptop. Recreating the contents of these folders is getting frustrating.

I have a sony erricson W395 and I have saved the contacts from my old SIM card onto my new phone memory, I put the new SIM card in and I cant find the contacts that are saved on the phone, the contacts list is empty. But if I type in my home number and ring it, it comes up with ringing home. Yet if the contact weren't saved on the phone it would come up with random number ringing and not saying calling home. How to transfer my contacts from my phone memory to my official contacts list/

How can I change the name of the taken photos from camera, cuz every time I upload my photos to a cloud storage and empty my phone, the name of the photos retune automatically to DCS_0022. So when I upload the photos again to the cloud I have to rename them because there are other photos with the same name.

I got a user whos just recently upgraded to the E72. After the inital setup of MFE, she noticed that her inbox was empty, I tried reinstalling the mailbox, restarted the E72, it didn't work. I then tried putting her sim in my own E72, setting up the mailbox, using her settings, then my inbox got deleted and left empty. I swapped SIM again, and was slightly going into panic as my inbox was still empty after I applied my MFE settings, a reboot however, fixed it. Then I tried deleting/moving what was in her inbox on the PC, still no success. I then tried putting the sim in a old E61 and this time it registrered a test email. So the inbox seems to work on the E61 and not the E72 for some strange reason.

I woke up this morning and in the inbox for the default sms / mms / messaging app only had draft messages I hadn't sent in it. My contacts seem fine but I can't find the messages anywhere. If I send a contact a text the old texts do not appear either.

So I was moving around some applications on my blackberry and then I decided I wanted to change the name of one of them. So after i did this, the original picture disappeared and turned into an empty gray folder (but the stuff inside was still there, just the picture changed). This happened to 2 of my folders, the setup one and the games one, how can I change them back to the original picture?

I just started using my new torch last week. All fine so far, just the call log (in phone app the center part) remains empty no matter what I do. I tried all settings in the menu and also checked the folder (lots of calls) and had it shown in the message list as well. So calls are being recorded, just not shown in there at all! What to do? Can't be a memory issue since it's the new and free of any user data (photos music etc) so plenty of storage!

I have had my X10 Mini Pro for about a month now. I updated to Android 2.1 before staring to use it.All of the calls made and received are in the call log and I cannot find any way of deleting them.I have looked in the user manual and there is nothing to tell me how to clear the call log.

1. If I choose the 'video' icon from the menu (in the menu where you find 'Browser', 'Settings' etc.) this is always empty. Videos taken with the phone itself always appear under 'Album', where you also see the pictures taken with the camera.
How do I move videos to the 'Video' icon and can I create subfolders to organize them?
2. If I connect the phone to my pc (it is displayed as drive i: phone_card) and I copy a video to i:I:video, after discaonnecting I cannot find this video on my phone. How do copy a video file to the phone and where do I find it on the phone?

I used to have these thousands of empty playlists in my iTunes and a simple script fixed this for me several times.But now I see those exact same playlists ONLY on my iPhone so I tried to run that script but nothing happens because it only works for iTunes.Anyone an idea how to get all of these empty playlists gone at once?
