I have nokia lumia 800 and close because battery empty and not open and charge again and I send it to nokia care center and not repair and they said no software and technical then what shall I do???
View 1 Repliestrying to get the damn thing to charge, plug, unplug, check its still charging, its stopped,repeat process, never fully charges. Got a new charger for it, had ONE full charge then had the same problems. Hard reset the other day and is now worse than ever. Last night it was charging for ages, came back to find it at 0% even though it was still merrily flashing to say it was charging, clearly it is not. Left over night to find it had died altogether, cue the usual hours and hours of trying everything to get it to come back on,heating, soft reset, hard reset, unplugging, trying various places to plug in, all usb ports etc blah to then get stuck in the infinite reboot cycle.A zillion hard resets later it finally comes on, leave it to charge a little before going through the set up, there was a small amount of charge, come back to do set up and its gone back down to 0% of its own accord.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have the Lumia 820 with the Navigon navigation app installed. I went on a trip this past weekend and noticed a strange battery drain while driving to my destination. The drive was a little over 2 hours and I was charging the phone the whole time. I figured I would test it on the drive home. I charged the phone completely before starting the drive home. I was camping so I had to use the lighter jack in the car which is always on and charged the phone from less then 10% to 100% overnight. Again the drive was a little over 2 hours, had the Navigon app open and running the whole time and the phone was plugged into the lighter and the charging icon was registering a charge the whole time. The only other thing running was cellular data. NFC, Bluetooth, Wifi, Nokia Drive, all off. When I arrived home the phone was at 45% and was very hot.
I upgraded from the Samsung Focus and using the Navigon app in the same car never ever had less power when I I ended a trip to when I started a trip. I use the Navigon app all time so this is a real issue. I am also going to post this on the Navigon website.
I have turned off all background applications, 3G, and put phone into battery saver mode. The phone was charging with USB power and only serve as a GPS in my car running Nokia Drive. And I found the power was dropped by 20%in within two hours.

View 12 Replies View RelatedI'm well aware that these aren't flip phones and especially with some of the beefier hardware (ie. 950) it takes a while to get the phone to boot if you let it die completely. Until this point that "while" has usually been a few minutes. I let my battery completely die for the first time since owning my 950 and it's been plugged into the wall for about 30 minutes and still won't boot. I just get the empty battery icon.

View 3 Replies View RelatedWhenenever I plug my phone in to my laptop to charge, the folders I created on the phone are immediately emptied. To be clear, the programs stille exist on the phone. It's just that the folders get emptied of nearly all of their contents.
It happens as soon as I plug the phone into the computer with the ethernet cord--it doesn't matter if I transfer any data.
Also, this problem does not happen when I charge the phone via an electrical outlet. It only happens when connecting my phone via the laptop. Recreating the contents of these folders is getting frustrating.
Since I have installed iOS 5.1 my battery is almost empty at the end of the day, while usually it had more than 50 percent. I was wondering if it is a setting that changed .

II've had my iPhone 4s for a year and 3 months so it is out of warranty. It was working fine yesterday, it died yesterday evening and when I put it on charge it was coming up with the empty battery like normal as if it was charging but not getting any more charge. I left it over night and still didn't turn on. Today I've tried loads of different chargers USB wires, everything. It's not registering when I plug it into a computer but still coming up with the empty battery!
i am desperate for it to work as it is the only way I have of contacting my partner who is serving in the Falklands at the moment! I don't care if my phone gets wiped or anything I just need to be able to use face time and get my emails on my phone!!

It finally came on and the apple sign was there then it turned off. I tried again a few minutes later and it was on, the battery at 81% but I couldn't slide to unlock it and I couldn't lock it again, the screeen was just on and unresponsive. Now it's just not responding at all and it won't charge (i tried 2 different USB cables) and it won't connect to the computer.
