View 4 Replies View RelatedAccording to tech support, the only way to empty the android email trash bin is to delete each email individually. With over 3000 email in trash, my thumbs would probably fall off.
Does anyone know of a way to completely empty the trash bin. Failing that, anyone know of an app that can empty the trash bin?
It gives me the message There was a problem syncing this folder please try again later. This has gone on for days. I tried turning sync off and on a few times and restarted my phone. No go.

View 1 Replies View RelatedUsing inbox. I started using this app a few weeks ago. I delete an email, it goes to the trash. How do you empty the trash? If i long press on the email it comes up with a trash can. Don't press that because it just moves it back to the inbox. Not sure how this works.
View 1 Replies View RelatedOnce in trash, there are no menu options to recover / move an email message in any way. Cannot move to another folder (i.e. In Box), Reply, or Forward as I could with my S6. Only menu options under More are Edit (then Add Star or Mark As Read), Sort By, Delete All, Settings (View as, Autofit, Notifications, Spam, Confirm deletions). Verizon store personnel couldn't find how to do it either. I use Earthlink email, but this was never a problem with previous phones. So frustrating!!! I can Bcc myself on ones I send to be sure I have a copy in case of Sent deletion, but no way to retrieve messages received and deleted.

View 2 Replies View RelatedA few days ago my pebble arrived. After pairing my pebble to my phone I noticed a noticeable drop in Bluetooth audio quality.
This has to be a problem that's addressed. I don't know if it's a android problem or just the device specific but what I found out is that this occurs on the LG G4 as well. Seems happen when your phone is paired with a Bluetooth LE device while also paired to a Bluetooth Audio device.
This is not covered in the Voicemail support, and when I searched Google for the string in the Subject of this post I got 0 relevant hits (closest match was how to restore a deleted email from Trash on an S4).
1) Tap the Voicemail icon on your home screens
2) Tap the Arrowhead icon on the right-hand side of the Inbox title bar (see attached image) to drop-down the Voicemail Folder Menu
3) Select the Trash folder (see attached image)
4) Select the Voicemail message you desire to recover
5) Tap the 3-dot icon for the Trash folder context menu in the lower-right corner (see attached image)
6) Choose Restore to Inbox from the menu (see attached image)
I'm having a problem deleting all my trashed emails. Since I've gotten the S5 I've been getting rid of emails quickly. They also reside on my PC's Outlook so I decided not to have 875 emails cluttering up the S5. I use the combined view for my 2 non-Gmail accounts. All was working well until recently when there appeared to be 52 emails that remain even after I select all. 42 are from one account and the other 10 from the other account. I've tried deleting the trash from each account separately but the 52 keep reappearing when I "Show all folders" in the combined view (and the 42 from one and 10 from the other when I look at each account).
How can I delete this peskly "deck-of-cards" (52) emails? I guess the most drastic would be to delete the two accounts and start all over, but I'm curious to know how it might have happened in the first place.
Here's a picture of the situation. The only difference in the 3rd image is that after I delete, what shows as remaining in the trash is 52.
I have a new S6 from Sprint (previous G4). Is there a way to delete multiple emails from the inbox & or trash folders of my personal pop3 account? Removing them, I cannot find a select all button. Or maybe there is another email app I can use.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI haven't noticed this before when I upgraded an OS or changed iPhones - but perhaps someone else can confirm..I haven't emptied my trash (on a mac) since I upgraded to the iPhone 4. I just went to empty it and saw a bunch of apps (.ipa) in there. Now I checked and they all still seem to also be in the correct iTunes directory as well - so ultimately not worries. But just wondered how/why some (not all) apps wound up in the trash.
