Oct 5, 2011I had a torch 9800 blackberry which was stolen. Whenever I charged the phone on my PC I used the USB cable and I always did a back- up of the everything on my phone. I replaced my Torch 9800 and normally my contacts would automatically update and appear on my phone but this time I cannot find my contacts at all. I select the USB Sync option but my contacts to not retrieve.. How can I find my lost contacts on my PC?

Jan 4, 2012My phone was charging the other night during a power failure and in the morning my contacts and BB contacts were gone. These contacts aren't lost as it's my gmail contact list - but I can't get them back on my phone. I've clicked all the buttons to sync, but no luck. I can't manually add a contact and see it either. In the contacts options, it says that I have 288 contacts associated with my gmail account, and when I manually add one, it goes up by another number. But - I can't see them anywhere. Also, I removed the email account and set it up again making sure to click the sync box, took out the battery and SIM card and put it back, and still nothing.
