BB Torch :: Not Entering In Beside Mode
Dec 13, 2011My Blackberry Torch 9810, when clicking on Bedside Mode, is not entering in Bedside Mode. I do not know the reason why.

Jun 26, 2011I got a txt earlier and when I went to reply to the msg the phone vibrated and entered the video camera mode, I exited the camera and before I had a chance to do anything the same thing happened again and in now happening non stop, turning the phone off removing the battery and powering up again and its still happening, as soon as I unlock it it goes straight to the camera.

Apr 11, 2015Suddenly, out of nowhere, without any obvious reasons, my phone started to enter camera-mode, focusing in and out, and taking pictures.
It does not matter if I use the phone, or it's lying on the table. If I'm using software, or not.
I slept an hour this afternoon, it had taken roughly 50 pictures during 25 minutes, 10 during one random minute, then 1 picture 5 minutes later, so it doesen't seem to be any system behind it.

Aug 29, 2011ever since I bought my Samsung Galaxy S II 4 months ago If I connected my laptop the phone would enter 'PC mode' or would say 'PC mode only available when idle' and I would have to close whatever was running at the time, this worked fine for connecting to Kies and syncing my contacts, calendar and updating the firmware etc. For the past week whenever I connect it to a laptop (tried 2) the phone only chargers via USB so I can't get it to work with Samsung Kies. I have tried enabling/disabling USB debugging in the options to no affect. I tried a factory reset assuming that would sort it out and it just the same! how annoying.

Dec 16, 2011I just got my device back from the repair depot. I sent it in b/c I cant charge my battery. Everything else worked great on the device. I was told that it was out of warrenty and it was sent back. (Not a problem, I have a broken screen 9800 that I was using to charge my battery in the first place)When I got my device back, it is stuck on a white screen that gives me an option on testing the camera, LED, FLASH, etc.. But it does not give me the option of exiting or anything. When I plug it into Desktop Manager, I get that it doesnt connect and gives the options of retry or upgrade. So I go and press update, it connects and starts working. It gets upto the JVM and then it states that it can not connect to the device.What can I do here? It was fine (software wise) before I sent it off and the depot screwed it up!!! What steps can I take into getting my Torch back to where it was?

Jul 3, 2012I am owner of a Blackberry 9800 Torch for about a year and now it does not startup. I turned the phone off last night and this morning it does not start up. I didn't make any changes to the phone so very strange. The behaviour is that when I take the battery out and it turns on, the load screen start but the little white line only starts a little (2mm line) and then it restarts and does the same thing and loop over and over again in this till battery runs out. I have tired to enter Safe mode by holding in the Escape bottom when the load screen starts or when the red light turn off but it does not enter Safe mode.

Jun 12, 2012I bought a new Bb torch 9860 the day before. It was working perfectly fine until this evening. It has now stopped turning off completely which it was doing very well before. Now it goes into a standby - like mode and quickly turns on when the red button is pressed. Earlier it used to take time in loading (I know it's a time saver but what if I want to switch off my phone completely to give it some rest). I am unable to switch it off completely other than by the method of removing it's battery.
